McDonald's Richlands

During my recent sojourn to this particular McDonald's establishment, I was greeted with an exceptionally pleasant experience. One of the hallmarks of this outlet was the friendliness and warmth of its staff. Their dedication to providing a welcoming environment was immediately noticeable and truly made the dining experience more enjoyable. They were quick to serve with a smile, showcasing the spirit of hospitality that this fast-food giant is known for.

The food was right on par with what I've come to expect from McDonald's, a consistent display of the brand's dedication to quality. The scrumptious burgers were cooked to perfection, maintaining that delicate balance between juiciness and flavour. The fries, crispy golden rods of potato goodness, were just as satisfying, providing that perfect companion to my meal.

As a tradesperson, my job often requires me to be on the move and have ready access to certain amenities. This McDonald's branch brilliantly catered to this need. I particularly appreciated the convenience of having a clean and well-maintained toilet at the premises. The availability of a dedicated place to wash my hands was also extremely valuable, making it easier to ensure cleanliness before and after meals. This aspect of convenience is something that greatly improves my day-to-day routine, and for this, the outlet deserves high praise.

To top it off, this McDonald’s location featured ample parking spaces. In a world where parking can often be a major hassle, the spacious parking lot was a breath of fresh air. Regardless of the size or type of my vehicle, I found a convenient spot to park with ease. This detail, while seemingly simple, significantly enhanced the overall convenience of my visit.

In conclusion, my experience at this McDonald's branch exceeded expectations in several key areas: staff friendliness, food consistency, availability of essential amenities, and convenient parking. This is a testament to the brand's commitment to serving its customers well. I look forward to my future visits and would highly recommend it to fellow tradespersons in need of a quick, convenient, and pleasant dining experience.

Staff were talking loudly at the counter about customers that they had problems with; could hear it from a distance. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there.

1. Still on takeaway only BUT still cant get a receipt from their self order machines. Make sure you get number off screen as it flashes past.
2. No checkin app sign at main entrance door. There is one at opposite side of store and one at a minor side entrance. Never ever been asked to evidence check in here, but we all may be grateful for contact tracing after borders fully opened
Would write to HO but they only refer issues to store manager. 5 years or so ago, this was one of the sharpest McDonaldsin Queensland. Now, not so much.
3. $9.90 for bacon and egg mcmuffin with small long black may be a new state record though!

Hopeless service! You cant get my Uber order right! I ordered 2 sundaes and 2 apple pies and I was only delivered 2 applies pies. The sundaes are missing. I called but no one answers the phone. How pathetic!

Nice clean store food was great took my grandson for dinner for his birthday He loved the Pokemon cards that he got with his meal. The playground area seems a little dark my grandson wasn't keen to play in there when we went in there

Personally I prefer hungry jacks but if your on foot and this is where you are it's probably not a bad place to obtain sustenance and nourishment

There is parking nearby there is also a dog park and concerning there is a daycare next door so children exposed to smells all day of roasted beef and chips and coffee I'd not be surprised if they cry for food as they get into cars

Looks like a very clean establishment from the road

Forgot pickles on my burgers and my chicken and cheese was a joke

Whoever makes these burgers needs to be fired!

If going through drive through, remember to always check your order before you drive away. So many occasions where they’ve left items out, and we’ve not realised till we get home. ‍️

Very disappointed with the service and the "higher than thou" attitude! The staff are only interested in looking good and wouldn't know good service if they tripped over it! A little courtesy goes a long way. Appalling service.

Consistently Bad Breakfast. The store was not busy or the drive through when I visited.

Sausage muffin was luke warm and dry and the hash brown were cold and oily. As for the drink I think it was the long black coffee that I ordered but it also could have been mop water, not sure.

Do yourself a favour and find a coffee shop / cafe that serves breakfast and support a small business.

McDonald's does not deserve our hard earned dollars if this is the standard of food they continue to serve.

This has been my 3rd Breakfast here in 6 weeks, you would have thought I learnt the first time.

Ham and cheese toastie barbarians.

Its never cut in half - its just thrown in the bag like a Frisbee, without being wrapped in paper first.
Plus I'm never given Napkins.

One of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Very poor service and terrible food quality. Will not be going there again.

Counter service is terrible. If you aproach the counter to order or to pay for your order or to speak to the staff for any reason, there is no one there to assist you and it takes ages to get anyone's attention.

What you ordered Vs what you get! Is this McDonald's fault or is it richlands fault? I'll wait for an answer

Hopeless staff and manager, after ordering burger withiut bacon.guess what we got it with bacon and had to wait for 20 mins.tone of the manager was so rude. I would give them 0 star.

This place seems to amaze me more and more each time. I have been to this Maccas 3 times now and have not received one order correctly. To top it off, the meat in tonights burger was burnt. Do not recommend anyone go here.

So many times I've been given the wrong order or have had orders missing things etc. To top it off the manager was a complete cow and extremely rude. Unfortunately I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Don't ever order through uber eats or doordash through mc Donald's richlands if they mess up your order they don't care not there problem.

Poorly wrapped breakfast burgers meant that by the time i opened the bag all the contents where everywhere. The prices were more expensive that those listed on the website. And the cashier server didnt speak clearly both people in the car heard higher amounts.

Majority of the orders I get are correct and always have fresh fries. One of the best I've been to in a while
