McDonald's Park Ridge

Went through the drive through yesterday morning at 8am ordered a coffee.went to the windows to collect herd one of the employees tell the person at the windows to get me to wait in the carport so they can meet there drivethru quota.was waiting in the car park for 15 minutes for a coffee. Then walked in to ask what's happening. They had no idea I was waiting. They then gave me a cup of the bench. Drove up the road and it was a hot chocolate, I drove back and got the cappuccino I requested with no sugars.got up the road and it had sugar! Total waste of half an hour, staff couldn't care less I was waiting. Won't return

Cheeseburgers were soaking in sauce on the outside of the buns. Asked for extra pickles and got one extra!

Every single time I order I get the wrong items I can’t even call for a refund because the line is disconnected, the most incompetent service ever. Every single coffee might as well be milk in a cup, I ordered two English muffins with bacon I get home and I have English muffins with slice cheese nothing else.

Have attended this location on a regular location lately. Team are attentive to keeping the dining area clean, regularly see bins get emptied. Store has had renovations and are keep clean. Drive Thu moves quickly (on the occasions used). Now for the best parts.only store this year to always give me napkins (and in good supply too, not just a single half scrunch one that I get if lucky anywhere else). I'm am yet to have any of my burgers be slapped together (all other locations it seems to be the goal to have minimal lettuce and be lucky to have half the filling on the bun) it's a pleasure to have a meal that team clearly take pride in serving. Full serve of fries every time (have you ever looked at ur fries and had them half fill, well not a park ridge). Team are friendly and service with a smile. Form my observation management speak to the team with positive and supportive leadership, they show respect to each other. Well done guys! Others stores could do with some training form your team, just a page or too would be great!

I ordered an Angus Beef with extra lettuce, I got a beef patty on a bun. That was it, no sauce, no salad. Nothing!
Disappointing

Never will I go back to this McDonald’s always think they can get away with everything through drive through.
Classic chicken salad came with a box full of lettuce and a few bits of chicken
No tomato’s no cucumber no sauce not seeds
Literally a full box of lettuce and a little chicken. Oh and a bag of croutons
They were not even busy one car in drive through.
Not the first time they left stuff out.
Will be emailing head office.

If I could rate a zero with tonights experience I would. Made a delivery through door dash, called the store and was given advice on how to complain as we paid more for our items through them but okay door dash are not the ones making the orders and serving the incorrect burgers and stale chips. Fyi no we did not receive a full refund and you ripped a bunch of kids off that were up gaming for the last weekend of school holidays.

A bit hit and miss with the staff. In the last 2 visits we dealt with a super friendly young man who knew how to treat customers, next time dealt with a young lady who was mediocre at best.

If you're looking for quality service and fast food, then this isn't the place to go. Have been going to this McDonald's for years, and unfortunately, the service and quality of food has become sub-par. Waited 20 mins in drive thru for 2 meals at 4: 15am, only to be told that Frappes weren't available at the time and we should have been told at the speaker, had to settle for coffee even though we paid more for the frappes. Have also dined in late of an evening for Sundaes and McFlurries. Took about 20 mins too, no staff at the front counter to check on order, and staff at the back averting their eyes not wanting to make eye contact as they don't want to deal with customers. Also appears that the only burgers they make correctly are their more expensive burgers. Order a cheeseburger or similar, and you find you're missing ingredients. Hopefully they are able to lift their game and offer the service they had in previous years.

McDonald's is McDonald's, most of the time here you get what you ordered, but you are missing something in your order and have to go back to get it

I have noted that every time I make an order with them they always seem to miss some items. When you give instructions on the sauces you want they give you all the wrong sauces you did not even ask for. The food was also delivered cold. When you call to voice your complaint, they are the least helpful. Management should look into this and try to ensure their customers are satisfied with the services they offer. All in all am not happy about their service today and how my complaint was handled. This is the fourth time I have experienced a messed up order from them. Am not happy!

The service is horrible for dining in. They made us wait 20 minutes for chicken nuggets, and they knew we were waiting for food because we asked them what was taking so long & we made countless eye contact with the manager. I recommend to not dine in at any cost for the service sucks & you’ll be stuck waiting there for ages.

Worst McDonald’s in the area,
Always forgetting things from order.
Burgers look as if someone finished preparing them with a punch.
Staff seriously need an overhaul.
Don’t understand how a store can consistently underperform.
You guys a so setting Uber drivers up for failure, imagine ending up on someone’s doorstep and having to justify why YOU guys constantly screw up.

Worst McDonalds in terms of quality. Take the extra drive to the McDonalds in Springfield Lakes. Good service and food there.

Horrible service. Noone in store or drive thru and I get cold chips and a burger that fell apart because it was too soggy like mud. I would go back and throw it thru your window for such disgusting food. Disgusting service.

I have been very disappointed with standard of coffee that I have received on my last few visits having purchased coffee at this establishment for the last five or six years, it may be time I went elsewhere. I also asked a staff member about the absence of the monopoly stickers and was told they are not doing it anymore?

This was our cold apple pies. Management need to come out and assess what they are selling to customers. The same oil is used to fried the spicy meat so it’s cold and spicy apple pies.

I was standing at the front for 15minutes and no one greeted me or even told me they weren't making anymore food despite making it for their friends who were 10 seconds in front of us

I have been waiting for my coffee more than 18 minutes!
This it will be last time I'm visiting the place.

The place is being renovated so it’s probably worth leaving it a few more weeks. They have very little seating at the moment, and a small area to wait for your meals. The food was hot but the service is slow. Several people were complaining their meals were cold and they were replaced without question.
