McDonald's Logan Central

Just going through the drive through is bad enough. If they didn't interrupt all the time. Food has its up and downs. Good one time. Cold and dry the next. Chips are getting less in the large packet. Mine was just over half way the last time. Best thing is the mcCripsy.

They should have some one calling out the orders if they are Uber, Dash, Menulog, etc. If people are there to Pick Up and they don't know they're Pick Up is ready, it is the restaurants responsibility to tell them it is, no matter how busy the McDonald's workers are. Too many times the McDonald's workers just couldn't care less, and that's at every McDonald's in Logan

Nah this is just ridiculous. Every single time I order from this maccas they always leave 1-2 items out, it’s actually so annoying. There needs to be an intervention because someone ain’t getting the orders right, it’s so inconvenient! I spend money and don’t get what I paid for. Every. Single. Time. Without fail. Over it

Ordered through Menulog …got three meals I watched two other people eat because they forgot my burger and chips and rang McDonald’s because they couldnt help me said I had to contact Menulog and try and get a discount or credit the meal that was missing was $18.80.

As usual the staff can't read order, or make the correct order. When try to cal the store multiple times no answer. This store is a joke. They never can get the orders right

There's great seating outside, but it's ruined by constant music playing from the store speakers. Because of this the store is just as uncomfortable inside and outside. Coffee is still good.

Toilets clogged and in disrepair, food took 20 mins, my coffee was never made despite paying for it. Honestly a homeless shelter would be better for cleanliness, promptness and actual food service.

Ordered online from macs and this has happened a few times where they have forgot to put my daughters Sunday in the bag I am sick of it

Very sad salad from here today, no croutons or Parmesan, wasn’t told, just lettuce bacon and chicken what a joke, coffee is always milky and weak compared to others. Winge over.lol

Absolutely disgusted at the service. My total came to $11.20.2 girls talking at the 1st window. I handed over $21.20. My change given was $8.70. Didn't realise until I'd driven off. 2nd window I was abused and window slammed before I could say anything.

Very hit and miss. Order was missing items. Sometimes it is good sometimes not so good. When it is busy things get missed from orders. Consistency would be great. Either good or either bad.

Everything is made fresh better than Sydney Macs I can say it cause I recently moved to brisbane from Sydney

That cardigan shows the state of the playground when my daughter went in to play. Absolutely disgusting! Tried to speak to the manager, two staff members went to get him/her and even showed them the cardigan but they didn't bother coming out to talk to me.

The stars are for the double quarter pounder at least there is 1edible burger if you want anything elese you'll have to go to Hungry Jacks cos the Burgas are better at hungry Jacks.

Not eveyone that comes to your store wants to die of diabetes! STOP PUTTING SUGAR IN MY ICED LATTES! FFS

Quick service i always ordered a coffee from here and always it was more tastier than past.

Editing previous rating because of tonight. Unfortunately I have had several (possibly countless) bad experiences with this store in the past, in the old days of Macca's when they had heat lamps and pre-made burgers, the only way to get a fresh one was to add extras, so doing this kinda became my regular way of doing things. When the system changed and all the burgers were made fresh, asking for extras became something that only happened 5% of the time when you actually received your burger, and tbh, this location was the most repeat offender. I stopped coming for about a year because of this. Tonight however the service, food and speed were all PERFECTION. Burgers neat, well made and with all the extras I asked for, and brought to me in an extremely timely fashion. They've obviously picked up their game dramatically. I've never seen a double quarter pounder with extra onion and mustard made so well. GREAT WORK GUYS!

OMG every time I order on uber eats and I order gravy fries I don't get bloody gravy fries I just get given normal fries I don't even get a call saying they have no gravy or a note on my order Jesus Christ.these guys need to get orders right.

Long wait times, drinks half full and no ice in them. Food wasnt fresh, and they arent customer focused at all

Literally all I ordered was two chocolate thick shakes and got two water down cups of ice cream with no flavouring what so ever. Great job team
