McDonald's Eight Mile Plains

I like the crews here, they are really fast in serving customers, not only dine in and drive thru customers. They always respect delivery guys. Cheerssss! Kudos to your team.

Incredibly slow service, tepid food, tables not wiped down, a number of customers "camping" with laptops and not eating, very runny thick shake. Entirely meh experience but typical for post pandemic Maccas

Went for breakfast with a couple of the kids. Clean environment, fast service, and warm hot cakes. Positive experience today.

Most tables were not in use and needed cleaning. Everything feels sticky inside and outside. Toilets need urgent cleaning. Then on the counter where you get your food were 4 wet cleaning cloths left next to 3 drinks that didn’t belong to anyone. There were 2 staff in grey shirts and 3 in red shirts, none of them even got close to removing those cloth from the food area while I was waiting there for 5min.

Ordered a bacon and egg burger meal minus egg and cheese! What did I get a muffin with an egg, no cheese or especially bacon, which is what I was supposed to have. Really guys NOT IMPRESSED! The wrapper had the correct order on it. This was after great service from the guy taking the orders and efficient overall service. What a let down.

Every time I order a meal, I either miss something or give the wrong thing, and the attitude of the waiter is very bad

This is the second time we are coming here for breakfast. We had a brekky burger meal, muffin and pancakes for our little one last time. It was all hot and yummy. But we were a bit disappointed with today’s food. The McChicken burger was just buns and a patty. There were no lettuce and hardly any sauce! And the muffin was more like biscuits, very hard! The mozzarella sticks were good though. Hope they’d be mindful the next time.

The franchise owner needs to have a hard look at who they have employed as managers. The food is below McDonald's standards. They forget essential items in every order i.e. Hotcakes without condiments. The wait times are ridiculously long, especially if you ask a manager to correct the mistake. Avoid McDonald's at all costs, there is already enough information on how bad it is without the managers making the experience completely inconvenient. There are a lot of food vendors locally even within the same complex that appreciate the business and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is fulfilled.

Every time I get food from here, the order is either wrong or missing. I have no problems with simple mistakes however there’s no excuse for laziness when you tell me you don’t serve ice cream at night when clearly other maccas do. I really wonder if these reviews are even taken seriously by management because over many years this store’s service and quality of food has continuously been the worst.

Exceptional work from the staff rostered Friday/15/April 2022 at 3: 23pm. They did 10 family boxes in 10 minutes. Thats dedication. -A visitor from Sydney

Wow. This mcdonalds really needs to work on there efficiencies; one of the slowest establishments ever, it seems management needs a change and better staff

Always seem to miss my burger. And I know I ask for no pickles but that's no reason to forget a whole burger.

The staffs here at Maccas Warrigal road are all nice and professional. Hats off to the staff today when I visited especially Dylan from the cafe. He goes above and beyond in provinding us a lovely experience! ️

Food quality is good. The order is correctly fulfilled. The staff is friendly. Being a 24-hour shop, it does attract undesirable youths at late night.

Every time bad experience.got fries today for my daughter… they gave old ones, very hard.my daughter said I can’t even bite these. Very bad service… every time when we go there something is broken (ice cream machine or drink machine) even sometimes they said sorry we are doing cleaning.you can’t get food.

Nearly every time we visit this McDonald's there is either something missing from our order or the food is not up to scratch. Yesterday my big Mac bacon burger had 3 pieces of bun but only one lot of meat. Quality control is very poor.

Thank you Alana for great service. Excellent coffee team. She picked up on early Sunday morning wrong orders for coffee at check in. Possibly new young girl staff member needs to double check orders. Keep up the excellent work.
During the week Anastasia's coffee is delicious.

Pathetic customer service and putrid food I ordered a double quarter pound Large meal it was missing meat My large chips were half gone and my coke was a sprite to top it off I live 5 minutes from your excuse of a business and everything was cold and stale then when I called up to get a refund I get some lippy dropkick on the phone couldn't help someone to save his mother's life he tells me go complain to uber eats do your job you pathetic excuse for a human I'm going to come to this store and break stuff until I feel that Ive got my money back
