Hard to get the attention of this staff at McDonald’s, Springfield as they like listening to absurd loud music, They are rude disrespectful. Kids area has graffiti.cleanliness and hygiene is poor throughout the whole store restaurant. Managers are quite aware with no concern! If you ask a question feels like their going out of they way to answer as a favour not as part of they employment. Maccas Australia have to start putting responsible adults in charge so these kids can see the values of a proper workplace. But that is what is expected. When you order a dirty big Mac and the meat is not even on the burger properly.

Been there a half dozen times and cant even get the simplist order right. Wrong everytime worst mcdonalds in brisbane wont return again

Hello from today to last friday they didn’t serve coffee frappe why the other Macca serve this item and when you not serve this item why it show on Macca app very bad service

Friendly staff. Prompt service.
Food is ok. This is one of the better maccas in the area

Waited 15mins for my order had to go up to the counter and interrupted the staff flirting with each other to ask if my order was ready, a shocked look on staff members face when she realised the only person standing in the shop was waiting for their food
Extremely poor service

Absolutely pathetic service only went in for two drinks and two custard and raspberry pies, from order to walking out, the whole process took 25mins! What made it frustrating was that I got apple pies instead, plus one drink they couldn't do but wasn't informed until our order was ready to be collected. Welcome to the new McDonald's where they hire a clueless lazy generation of staff.

This store never seems to get the order right, the food looks like a 2 year old has made it and the customer service is very hit and miss.
Tonight was the last straw. The hamburger was literally in pieces when I opened it and the 4 large sundaes were only half fill (if that) with ice cream.
The good quality, service and value that McDonalds has promoted for many many years is going down the toilet with this store.

Got refused service and got told they wouldn’t serve me. Got served by a manager named Mia and refused service by someone not in uniform

Really good. Fast service, good food, polite and friendly staff. Large range of menu items. Clean place and staff are helpful if you have a problem

The service was pathetic. The hots was hanging out of the box n then lids put on top cutting the pan cake in half.
No thank you. Items missing. No happy. Very rude staff. Will not go there again

Breakfast rush 8.30am on morning of Friday 29th July, I called In to get a Caramel Cappuccino plus Hot Cakes, although they were extremely busy, the staff were very friendly and very efficient, I was most impressed by the young man who had Barista duty! Unfortunately I did not get his name but his dedication to filling all the orders was most impressive! He was flat out. I would definitely recommend this MacDonalds to anyone! And my coffee was divine!

Snack wrap was cold and incredibly stale, hard as wood and sharp as nails, absolutely disgusting

Why you open 24hours if we can not order uber eats after midnight. Idk about you but who tf is walking to maccas at 2am.

Night time orders are so bad especially around 10 pm onward. Please actually make the burgers right?

Kiosks were all working. Food came out fresh - can hear staff talking in the kitchens from the seating areas. Dirty tables around with being the only customers saying inside. Playground is clean and great for kids.

Waited for nearly 10 minutes at drive thru for a milkshake. No one at the service window.
Decided to park my car and go inside, then found young manager on her mobile phone.
It's DIY at this store.

If I could give less then 1 star I would.
Food was inedible, even my dogs wouldn't eat it. Missing burgers, chips over cooked and cold. Store was unreachable.

Food somehow cold even though I just ordered it. Missing items. How do you make maccas taste bad?

Got two cheeseburgers asked for extra pickles and of course open them both up and they both only have one pickle
