McDonald's BP Logan Motorway

Atrocious. Food was 20 mins late, no lettuce or tomato on either burgers, no sauce with the nuggets and no straws with the drinks. Chips half empty (no not in the bottom of the bag). Young Manager, Piper said they just had a big rush, hmm so why was the food cold and like cardboard. A rush would suggest fresh hot food. I was told to go to Uber eats if I wanted my money back, although the delivery was perfect. The issue was the quality and standard of the food (not fit for consumption!) McDonalds.employ staff who care about and respect their jobs. Do more to ensure the quality of your food is being respected in every store. I have photos if needed.

Called in to have a tea and raisin toast what a disappointment.

It's Macca's. How can such a prominent business get away with artificial tasting food. I feel like I've just eaten plastic. The buns are aweful and what are the fries made of? I predict Macca's halving in size by 2040

Terrible customer service after a 12 hour day at work i waited here for 20 minutes for the lady at the counter to tell me my order doesn't exist no explanation and no apology at all

Absolutely appalling service!
I ordered a chicken and cheese meal and it took 30 minutes. When I asked their employee 'Lesley' he just swore at me and told me to go away. I then asked for the manager and he refused.
When I got my food, my burger had no cheese and my fries were cold. I asked another employee 'Henry' he just ignored me!
Do not recommend.

Busy highway, Friday night & understaffed. 28 minute wait 3hamburgers cold chips.
Team leader flustered.
Many people waiting.

Another McDonalds that can't get the order right. Must be hard when I only ordered Shaker Fries, no seasoning in the bag like every other store at the moment.

Stopped in to grab 2 mc chicken waited 5 mins no one would take my order. Waited another 2 mins then left. Won't be a next time for this maccas. Just fuel and coffee from wild bean. Get food else where

Nice clean stop, but I know now why I don't have McDonald's and go to the other place where the Burgers are best.

My Big Mac fell apart when I picked it up and took my first bite.

The bun was very oily and left me feeling unwell in the stomach.

McDonald's was typical of all others, but if you go in there off the Logan Motorway, you have to pay a toll to get back onto the motorway. Makes the stop a bit expensive.

Banana bread burnt and cool, tosties just warm. Coffee fair. No paper to read had to borrow from next door Red Rooster. Very disappointing food and customer service. Recomend going to Coolibar cafe next to it better value for money and similar basic choices.

Didn't have the meals we wanted, which I found strang we for Mecca's, no hashbrowns, none of the brekkie burgers

Great rest stop for truckies shame about the lack of parking due to companies and drivers unhooking and leaving trailers there taking up what little parking there is. And shame only maccas is open till late apart from that truckie amenaties are very good.

My main concern here is that this service centre is on the Logan Motorway. When coming from the west, you have to pay a toll at the Forest Lake toll gate. If you pull into the service centre, which is only a couple of k's from the toll gate, to visit McDonald's, or to fill the car, when finished you are directed to the exit which takes you back to the Logan Motorway, but you have to go through another toll gate and pay another toll which doesn't apply if you stay on the motorway. Doesn't seem fair, and I don't understand why motorists are required to pay extra to have a meal or fill the car.

Great stop for a bite to eat.has truck stop for all the truckies out there. Toilets baby change room.

Good place for a stop and feed. Just off the Logan Motorway, there's plenty of parking and seating available. Place is always clean, with 1 or 2 cleaners always going around tidying up. Also a good place to go to if you want peace & quiet and just chill out. Besides McDonald's, there's are many other food options to choose from, but don't arrive after 9pm, as all the other food places close, with McDonald's and the BP coffee shop the only ones open into the night.

Only a robot would ask "how was McDonald's" unless it's on fire then it's like McDonald's FFS.

No wills bean coffee very good and quick service. Had a bacon and egg burger for breakfast from big rooster was very small had tomatoes sauce And was like warm, a bit average if you ask me. Plenty of room for car trailer parking, very clean.

So awesome! So many variety stores here, quick stop everynow and then never disappoints, different types of food all joint into one servo, keeps everyone happy:)
