McDonald's BP Logan Motorway

Atrocious. Food was 20 mins late, no lettuce or tomato on either burgers, no sauce with the nuggets and no straws with the drinks. Chips half empty (no not in the bottom of the bag). Young Manager, Piper said they just had a big rush, hmm so why was the food cold and like cardboard. A rush would suggest fresh hot food. I was told to go to Uber eats if I wanted my money back, although the delivery was perfect. The issue was the quality and standard of the food (not fit for consumption!) McDonalds.employ staff who care about and respect their jobs. Do more to ensure the quality of your food is being respected in every store. I have photos if needed.

Very open and we'll lit but tables were not very clean. I suggest taking some wipes with you. Otherwise was nice

After a long drive I decided to stop here for a bite to eat. I decided on Red Rooster. Best meal - lovely and fresh.

Didn't have the meals we wanted, which I found strang we for Mecca's, no hashbrowns, none of the brekkie burgers

Amazing service, fast, fresh, clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Area was clean and had no issues. Very impressed

Had a quick stop here on the way out. Very handy location and friendly staff. The Chicken Avocado was quite soggy however. It just didn't hit the spot

Called in to have a tea and raisin toast what a disappointment.
The toast was like leather and the tea was sh_. Say no more

Clean facilities & fairly new looking centre. Not a great choice of food. Entry & exit signage is a little confusing.

It's Macca's. How can such a prominent business get away with artificial tasting food. I feel like I've just eaten plastic. The buns are aweful and what are the fries made of? I predict Macca's halving in size by 2040

Great rest stop for truckies shame about the lack of parking due to companies and drivers unhooking and leaving trailers there taking up what little parking there is. And shame only maccas is open till late apart from that truckie amenaties are very good.

Learn how to make the order right, stop forgetting my drinks and food! IM SICK OF IT DO UR JOB RIGHTT.

Food was fresh which is fantastic, but had to go back for an incorrect burger and the wait was full cook times for us and everyone in front and behind us. Maybe because we were there at around 8pm though

We stopped at this BP station and got some food from Mcdonalds for our kids. Kids were being kids and it was really nice to see such a courteous behaviour from Brittany amd Hailey who had been polite and kind throughout our stay. Thanks ladies for making our visit so nice. Cheers

Terrible customer service after a 12 hour day at work i waited here for 20 minutes for the lady at the counter to tell me my order doesn't exist no explanation and no apology at all

Absolutely appalling service!
I ordered a chicken and cheese meal and it took 30 minutes. When I asked their employee 'Lesley' he just swore at me and told me to go away. I then asked for the manager and he refused.
When I got my food, my burger had no cheese and my fries were cold. I asked another employee 'Henry' he just ignored me!
Do not recommend.

Nice little spot to stop at, being a first time stop there I didn't realise going back on the motorway through yet another toll didn't count if stopping here as you've just gone through the toll already 2 minutes back up the motorway. When I saw the onramp toll I diverted back up Paradise Rd think I would be charged yet again. Only after investigation did I discover I wouldn't be recharged toll if stopping at this BP for less than 3hrs

Coolibah Cafe tucker was good. Very covid clean / seating. Petrol 12-15c cheaper than bayside outlets.

Good place to stop for lunch, large parking area, clean amenities, good food. Tolls are negated by auto camera.

Busy highway, Friday night & understaffed. 28 minute wait 3hamburgers cold chips.
Team leader flustered.
Many people waiting.

No stars.

It's Mcdonalds, I think it's 24 hours, open late either way (been here at 11PM). They are light on staff numbers to make out stack up I suppose.

So don't expect good service but be prepared to use the electronic kiosks.
