McDonald's Berrinba

I do not recommend. I’ve tried calling 10 times and no one answered, my food is not fresh and is cold.my burgers were also jus slapped together

Slowest MacDonald's I have ever experienced 15 minutes in the waiting Bay every time I go there. This is not fast food it's more like slow and cold food.

Asked for no mayo on a burger came with mayo, asked for a a replacement and napkin and not provided.

New restaurant but they have the service and food spot on. I was waiting for an apple pie in drive thru waiting bay recently I know it takes 8 min to cook that's fine I really like them and the manager came past out to car park to have a break. She said she was going back in to check my apple pie was coming which it was and she updated me in the way back out. Super impressed with there service.

Worst store, 1hour 45min and several cancellations from dashers because of the waiting, had to cancel the order won't order from McDonald's for a long time

Worst Macca's experience ever!
Coffee was like warm milk, we asked them to fix the problem and were given an upgraded warm milk!
Food was put together without care.cheese was melted half off the burger. Lettuce, onion and tomato look like they were thrown on from across the room.
Bought a toasted cheese ham and tomato sandwich for my mother and there was barely any cheese on it, one slice of tomato and half a bit of ham.
The staff looked lost and confused, being run by children. I guess that's what you get.
Spent about $60, and I won't be back!

Why even bother having serving staff if they cannot even communicate or simply a "hello" the young girl kept us waiting in the drive through window for at least 10 minutes before actually letting us pay and didn't say a single thing just handed the eftpos machine out for us to pay, and the food was given cold the patties were near hanging out of the burger, every single time I have come here there is always an issue with either the staff or the food it's ridiculous!

Very slow workers. Seem like they are not concerned and some workers are rude. 20 minutes for a drink.

Food took 20+ mins. Order customizations were not applied. Place has rubbish everywhere and manager is careless.

Absolutely garbage have tried ordering delivery from this place over 5 times and they have never got my order right from those 5 orders, every time I ask for no onions on burgers they come loaded with onions, or even missing an item completely, even though the modification sticker is on top of the burger. The workers here genuinely don't care about their quality of work and it shows through the customer service you receive and also the food you eat. Management honestly needs to sack everybody here and start again. Honestly a complete circus never been to a McDonald's that performs worse than this lot.

Disgusting! No one at drive through on the mic or at the windows, get to the last window an the headset is laying on the bench, everyone's standing around eating an talking then we try to order there an they said there closed at 12.30 am!
A 1.8 rating is to good for this place they are hopeless

Very bad service, waited for ever. Workers were standing around doing nothing but talking, buns were burn, items missing, worst store in the world

Found a hair in my burger after ordering and saw one of the employees vaping in the kitchen. THIS IS NOT SANITARY DO BETTER!

Placed an order, 20 mins later still waiting. People in front of me had incorrect orders and continued waiting.this is by far the worst store I've come across as staff are absolutely incompetent. Never did get my order, walked out. Rubbish store!

Just tried to order the hokey pokey thickshake and was told the machine is out of order again, I have tried multiple times to order a thickshake from the Berinba Maccas to no prevail. Note to self forget about thickshakes at Berinba Maccas.

Pretty simple, don’t forget peoples orders. Missed multiple items. Everything else was super average, presentation is poor

I’ll never order from this location ever again. I’d rather go home with my money in my pocket, rather than being ripped off.

Service is slow, waited a long time to be served. But their food is decent and ill go back anyways because i luv macca pacca.

I went in about 6: 30 pm for dinner. I had a 10 minute wait in drive through when I pulled up there was 2 cars ordering. I ordered a large big mac meal. The fries were just warm and the coke tasted like carbonated water.

I ordered a chocolate sundae with vanilla ice cream and paid for it snd when I received it it was chocolate ice cream and it was disgusting. I didn’t get told before I payed for it that the vanilla wasn’t working cause If I knew I wouldn’t of bought it. It’s the worst tasting ice cream ever. I was not impressed at all.

God I love this place, particularly the management, they all look like they have a ratatouille rat that is controlling them and that’s why the food and service is amazing. I asked for the manager and I was promptly served by this handsome man called Lucas. I spent my entire savings account on a light brunch for myself and a friend. Amazing service, amazing staff, amazing amazing amazing!
