McDonald's Acacia Ridge

The woman taking orders for the drive through (probably the manager) was wilfully and deliberately rude. Gruff. No manners. No common courtesy, just plain rude.

It's a maccas what can you say about it, just a convenience when needed. I work nights so when you travel home 3 4am nothing is open except the golden arches so you stop for something to eat and then they still screw your order up

The last 2 times I've visited the drive through my order has been wrong. Most recent visit I asked the girl taking payment to confirm the order THEN asked the girl giving me my order if the burger was indeed a double fillet of fish with extra tartar sauce. She said yes, and I got home with a cold single fillet burger with no extra sauce. 30min later I tried calling the store twice and the number just rang out. What the heck! Customer service and quality co trolley is woeful. Doesn't exist. Check every single thing before you move the car! I'll also be asking for a receipt to follow up with a manager the next day. Too long we've accepted poor service and been short changed on a regular basis.

Had a chicken burger the chicken tasted hard like it had been fried a dozen times. Shocking.

Service with a smile still and generally friendly, no playground for kids for folks coming with family. Recently seems to have gone downhill on cleanliness maintenance. Have often come in and tables are wet, and not "just wiped down" wet. That or uncleaned. Looking like customer often make a mess of the outdoor area, and the bins are always chockas, not emptied/cleaned often enough.

Edit and dropped a star: . Went for coffee and a meal, despite posession of 2 coffee machines, no coffee available (after order placed) because is getting cleaned. Not "a delay", just not available. No refund offered for difference between it and softdrink till I asked. I have been sitting here for 10 minutes now and a buzzing alarm has not yet stopped coming from the kitchen area, vi an looking around at the customers at the unwiped tables wincing every W seconds when it beeps. Table service is an option for ordering again, but the table numbers are never available at the machines unless customer s put them there themselves. Over the last year this place has dropped from 4 stars to 2, and it's barely holding onto that.

Had ordered quarter pounder and it is cold in the middle (cheese, beef patty). Also this is few times I have tried here and every single time it’s been a problem with their preparation.
Rather go to GYG next time. This is the last visit here. Thank to the ‍️ staff.

The food is typical Mecca's fare and is always served fresh and hot. The service is pretty poor and the greetings at the drive through is pretty much almost non existent. I order a morning coffee almost daily and it can be a real hit or miss whether it's going to be hot enough.

I come here every Tuesday afternoon because it’s my treat day and the service is terrible. I have to go up to the counter to ask what is taking so long because I am always standing there for 10-20 mins.

Printers broken and the screen doesn't show your number and yet even once informed, the stag insist on calling out order numbers with no description of what the order is. You can't tell which is yours.

Absolutely Appaling Service.waited almost an hour for a dinner box. I understand it can get busy around dinner time but it seemed like only the drive through was being serviced and not the front counter. I have never ever waited that long at any other McDonald’s anywhere or at any fast food place for that matter. Acacia Ridge McDonald’s is an absolute joke.they even messed up my order and some items were missing even tho I paid for them. I want to give 0 star. Avoid this McDonald’s altogether people.

Absolutely disgusting experience for my lunch break today, arrive at 1pm to no one available at the front counter to take orders so ended up using self serve and still took 15 minutes to receive my meal, while eating I witnessed serval other customer, waiting ridiculously long times for meals, one lady waited a further 10-15 minutes for a large chips and drink

Incompetence employee. Lack of procedure and needing discipline from senior management. To many fail orders. Next bad experience I will complain to head office and shame the manager by name.

Edit: It has been 4 months now. I feel that the service have gotten better. Thank you for trying to do better.

4.40 for fries, and they were shyt.mcdonalds is a rip off and way to expensive for what you get.go to your local fish and chip shop, it's alot better and cheaper

Average McDonald's don't go between 2 am and 3 am no service because of shift change at all the Mecca's around here

Dining in… waited 20 minutes for our order while we watched drive through pumping out orders so their drive through time stayed down… arrived at store and completed our order and the machine would not process our order so we had to call out to get help- no staff in sight at 8.30 …. Terrible service

Staff were too busy feeding themselves before getting any of the customers food out. Waited 20 minutes to get order.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Seriously the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds, time and time again. Always cold chips, very sloppily made burgers and every order I have ever got from here has been missing either an ingredient or an entire part of the meal. Sick of going back and constantly telling them they've forgotten something. There's a few friendly staff (hence the 1 Star), but it's clear the majority of them need to be retrained. I've given them so many chances to redeem themselves as it's my local, but just awful quality and consistency all around. Do not waste your time or money at this McDonalds, I know I won't be anymore.

Every time i visit late night, their shake machine is broken down… i guess they are just making an excuse everytime! Unbelievable! They are really hopeless!

There are two managers and 2 staff working. Clearly management is terrible at their job. I have waited 20 minutes for a fudge sundae and still waiting for a blueberry muffin. It has been 30 minute now. Still waiting and I have asked multiple times and the worker keeps saying " sorry we are busy at the moment, we are making the ones that can be made easiest first". How hard is it to heat up a muffin and send it out? The worker has made fries 5 times. This is beyond ridiculous. Management get it together, train your workers better and manage your employees shifts better. The worst Macca's in Brisbane.

AVOID THIS MACCAS.

If MacDonald headquarters see this. Re train all your workers or fire all your managers. They are terrible. The worker apologized twice while the manager looked at me dead in the eyes and said "here's your order". No apology, no shame. Absolutely worst place in Brisbane.
