Max Employment at Caboolture, would have to be without a doubt, the best job agency I have been through.
They are very caring and have worked with me through some of my own personal issues. When I talked they actually listened.
Juanna, had taken me under her wing and guided me towards employment.
I'm so very grateful for her help and understanding

Great team, very caring and goes above and beyond to help people achieve their goals. Everyone that works there is always professional and understanding of people's needs. Never had a better experience anywhere else.

For how little they care i don't know why anyone there even works in the industry. Go jump in a lake Max Caboolture you should be ashamed of the service you offer. AVOID THEM

Just to reach them by phone is a nightmare then when you finally do speak to someone the nightmare just gets worse.

Essentially bureaucrats who only care about their own agenda and couldn't care less for their so called clients. Avoid this mob like the plague. Thx for nothing.
PS: contacting ur ethics team would be the definition of a pointless excercise, so no thx. Which means these replies you leave are nothing more than a charade.

Non compliant with health orders. Was assaulted by the guy sitting next to me whipping me in the neck with his shirt as he stripped of topless unmasked and proceed to spray himself with deodarent and aftershave

Felt like the guy was sitting on top of me he was that close he sat there like 10-15 mins unmasked until he put it back on.

And I only got whipped by the shirtless unmasked guy after we should have already been in our appointment seating is definitely needing revision in the waiting area to be health compliant is non compliant with the seating distance regulations in force under health orders at this time.

I've been on Newstart disability for the last three years because of a slew of rampant mental health issues, and only recently due to a mess up at Centrelink they've put me back on normal jobseeker. So as per usual I'm constantly having to get a letter from my GP to get a temporary exemption before I could properly get myself put onto full disability to hopefully try to recover some semblance of funcitonality.

Meanwhile, Max employment thinks it's okay to send me a letter every time the exemption's about to run out telling me to come in to their place to look for work. Yes. Because despite me not being able to leave my own room without being seriously effected by an anxiety attack, brought on by severe agoraphobia and anxiety disorder, among other things stemming from a lifetime of violence and abuse.

It's bad enough this whole ordeal's made me backtrack what little progress I've managed to make for my mental health in the last three years, consistent hounding from ANOTHER source isn't going to help in any way.

STOP sending me your letters. It's doing nothing but exacerbating my condition, and ensuring that I DO NOT go to you for help if I end up having to look for work as a person with disability, because you obviously do not understand what it's like not being a fully functional person.

For a company that is designed to help the unemployed become employed you would imagine they would start by setting the good example of
1.punctuality (especially when you have a 9am appointment time so first of the day)
2 polite manners. I was poorly greeted by a staff member and spoken to poorly.
3.working as a team in my best interest and not as another case process.
Heaven help me if I actually relied on this service for employment.
This company needs to take a course in people handling. It's a group effort where we work together. I was treated like I work for you (absolutely not the case) and yet I was far more polite and ready to go than my case manager. Better luck next time I hope.

This is the worst place ever!
The wait is longer than centerlink, the staff are rude, they are never up to date, and a friend went in with her kids, they didn't like that, they put down that she didn't attend and she didn't get paid.

I would NOT recommend going anywhere near the place.

Wasted 3 weeks with theses Muppets.
Did there paperwork, No jobs, When l questioned there process was told that they lost the contract for Disability service, so l had better find a new service provider.

I know right.

Worst place ever for people with disabilities to get help to find work. Even had to pay for my own forklit license to help with retraining.

They don't do nothing to help all I need is my car on the road and I will have a job.but they won't help

All staff are seriously over worked. There is no concern for the clients wants or needs, it's "you go where we tell you" or you get reported to Centrelink.
Most of the staff do not even know the little tips and tricks to help the clients, they are forced to use software on rails not being able to deviate one bit.

Overworked employees leads to many mistakes that waste time with appointments that don't exist and issues causing payment suspension.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, steer clear of these time wasters! They are completely useless and like to waste your time! They book unnecessary appointments and then leave you waiting for hours. This has happened To me several times. They have very poor customer service.
