This organization should be ashamed. I booked an appointment with a dentist and on arriving for said appointment there was only a hygienist who proceeded to charge me for two xrays (only one taken) A head and neck check (who asked for it) and funds do not pay for it and was charged as well for a Hygiene Instruction! What the hell is that. Only discovered all this going through my claims with my health fund and they said I would have to make another appointment and come back for a dentist. Hygienist milks you dry and you do not see a dentist which is what you booked for. Would never recommend.

Maven dental Robina is amazing, Justin my dental guy is the best in the game he takes care of me so well very friendly and lovely, the office girls are also super kind 100% recommend this place

I called and booked an emergency appointment on Friday, for Wednesday 6p.m the next week. Two days ago I received a confirmation text for the appointment and I replied with yes. Today I arrived to my appointment the clinic is closed, and no one is answering my calls, even the call center.
Not sure how you run a business without a proper management. I been in pain with mouth infection for the past week waiting for this appointment!
Won’t recommend.

Great, professional staff! I have multiple medical issues and a certified assistance dog that comes with me to some of the appointments, and I couldn't be happier with this dental practice. They have never made any access issues regarding my assistance dog and were ready to make any accommodations to ensure we feel comfortable. When my dog was working, she was never distracted by staff which showed a high level of professionalism and awarness of working dogs' etique that other places I visit often lack. Appointments were always on time and in a very nice atmosphere. English is my second language but I was always clearly explained anything that was being done and the costs associated with it with no issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Excellent clinicians but bad management of the practice. The front desk receptionists are incompetent and constantly put up barriers even as simple as trying to book appointments. No wonder they are loosing business!

The team at Maven Robina are always so lovely and friendly and do an excellent job. My daughter is only young (3 years) and already enjoys her visits to the Dentist thanks to the caring team who take the time to make it a pleasant and fun experience for her. Beautiful practice and very professional team who really take the time to care for their patients.

Honestly shocked and disappointed with how they handled everything, I spent over $5000 getting braces and then when I got them off they put a wire on the back of your teeth and told me when it falls off later down the track it's basically time your teeth won't move, but guess what they have started to move already and when I went in to talk to them about it the dentist came out of one of his appointments and just said yeah we don't say that anymore if you want it fixed that's going to be $2000 and charged me for a consultation fee.

Today I had an appointment with Dr Jeff Lamb with Kylie assisting him. It was my first ever filling so was slightly anxious. I was really impressed with the level of service and care. Jeff removed all of my anxiety and I felt relaxed and at ease, he explained what was happening each step of the way and also showed me on the X-rays where the problem was. Absolutely no pain and I look forward to my next appointment.

I don’t understand how there can be negative comments about this dentistry.
I called at 805 am to try get an appointment for my broken tooth.the lovely lady at the front desk answered and immediately took my situation Into consideration and found me an appointment straight away. When I arrived i was kindly greeted and shown to the waiting area and with no delays I was met by the dentist and shown to the room.
The amazing dentist was extremely informative and explained the whole procedure ensuring I was comfortable. After the procedure she sat down with me and took the time to show me some other issues I have and came up with a dental plan that was both easy and affordable.
I am extremely happy with the service and will be happy to return in the in the future.

Dr. Rozario is Very competent and professional. Had my tooth filling done with him today. The practice manage Sarah and the girls at the front desk are very helpful. I never have to wait. Thank you.

I am currently going through my braces treatment with Maven Dental, Jeff Lamb is my dentist and i couldn't be happier with his work. I very rarely write reviews but i have made sure to give them one because of the service they provide. Without a doubt every time i have gone in for an appointment i have been left feeling more and more happy with the service i receive. Would recommend and have been recommending to everyone on the Gold Coast.

Trying to get my daughter who has Autism to the dentist was an absolute nightmare!
She is extremely sensitive to pain, smells and sensations.
Thanks to Dr Jeff lamb and the lovely staff at Mavern dental this is no longer an issue in fact she wants to go back to the dentist!
He is very patient and gentle with children and explains everything before he does it in an easy to understand language.
No tears, no running away just some
Laughs and a beautiful set of freshly cleaned teeth.
I would recommend him to anyone who has fears or phobias of dentist or dental work.

Amer Patel is my dentist of choice. He has changed my view of that dentist chair for good! I could not recommend him more. Thank you for everything. A shout out to their incredible assistants, Jenna and Kyrah in particular. They really contribute to the practices atmosphere!:)

During my holiday in gold coast with my hubby, I lost one of my filling from chewing hard lolly. I booked with Dentist Jeanette, she's lovely on the phone and excited to see her this morning until she said it will cost ridiculous over $1000 and charged $61 for 5 minutes. I went here because I used to check up with reasonable price when I lived in gold coast. So what happened to my tooth? I fixed it when I go to Ashmore city dentist only paid $265 today. How come price is so difference? Talk about money hungry, of course I am not going back here again!

Broke my front tooth last night practicality toothless i rang as soon as opened to say they were fully booked today Saturday 2nd dec and Monday 4th dec i asked do you have appointments for emergency she said one on monday but i have to ring in monday my husband and i have been going to this dentist for several years - the receptionist was very rude and did not care that i had no front tooth feeling very emotional and just want to cry

4 full days after a failed tooth extraction and my entire jaw, all my teeth, lips and gums are still in excruciating pain, despite the very strong painkillers they prescribed me to take.dentist concerned should have given up sooner and saved me some pain and trauma.

The worst dental practice I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The team seemed pleasant at first, until everything rapidly went down hill. Everything was rushed and rushed, and the dentist was out the door before I was, and was charged for a 3rd veneer I didn't even receive or request. The first round of dental veneers I received looked absolutely awful, completely discoloured, and nothing like I had asked for (didn't even cover the whole tooth but I asked and paid for whole tooth coverage). I went back for a discussion on getting them fixed again, on which the dentist tried to charge me the full amount to fix his dodgy work. He said he would be able to do it no problem and wasn't sure why it wasn't done how I requested the first time. He must have forgot that he did the work himself. I told him that he did the work and then he "lowered" the cost by $100 ("to cover cost and materials") to get them repaired again, even though I paid for two full coverage of tooth veneers and only got one partial and barely another partial on the other tooth. I left and told the receptionist on the way out that that was unacceptable and that I would just go somewhere else instead of being ripped off. She agreed that my teeth looked bad, and that she would get the manager to call me. The manager called, and she had all the wrong information and was pretty rude. Was booked in to get them fixed and not even an hour after leaving the chair where I wasn't shown the repair, or allowed to rinse my mouth out and again, the dentist out of the door before I was, it snapped off on my first sip of water. Water. I was booked in for another repair where I was blamed for the damaged tooth, citing that I "grind my teeth too much". Couldn't have been the rushed, dodgy job that the dentist did? Honestly, less than an hour after having them repaired and even I know it was the bonding process failing. I had them fixed at yet another appointment where he finally did some actual measurements, grinded my other teeth down so they didn't touch my veneers, and was treated horribly. He was treating me like a child and that it was all my fault his botched work wasn't holding up. He ruined my teeth and polished down the veneers so much that the discolouration is all over the place and I'm back at square one. Fast forward another week after the last repair and low and behold-my veneer has cracked again. I get berated from the Manager, and again made to feel like it's all my fault and not a single sorry for the experience I was having, or the lost time and wages I've spent going back countless times for a repair. They told me they were just going to refund all my money for the veneers because there was "nothing more they can do as I'm a difficult patient". How about take the time to do the job properly the first time and not rush everyone out the door so you can go home early. After speaking with 3 different dental practices, they all concluded it was the process of the bonding and the lack of care and attention of the dentist that resulted in my constant repairs, and that it had nothing to do with me "ruining his work". Thankfully I got my money back but I would never, ever, EVER recommend this practice to ANYONE! They're a rip off through and through.
