I started to go to Matt seven months ago due to a painful hip. He was able to give me exercises that strengthened not just my hip but also the rest of me. Matt’s varied exercise approach for strength as well as cardio has really improved my fitness as well. I’m now more agile and walking 10k or more a day.

Matt is fantastic! Very easy going nature, highly experienced, listens to his clients & provides an excellent training program for both in the sessions & to do at home in between sessions. Matt has great communication & shows genuine care & concern! He has helped me through some difficult surgeries & provides great advice. He has great equipment & always displays a extremely clean and friendly workspace with great hygiene practices together with a welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone needing assistance for whatever reason. It’s great having someone like Matt to help and guide me through my long term recovery and goals!

I have been seeing Matt weekly for the last 12 months, for ongoing shoulder and arm injuries, and couldn't recommend more! I have doubled my grip strength, and the shoulder mobility I have regained is excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly with great facilities! Again couldn't recommend more!

Matt has helped me gain strength/stability and reduced my pain post bilateral hip surgeries. My quality of life has improved immensely! Highly recommend.

Having had multiple surgeries on both knees I was having issues getting strength back into specific muscles in my legs. Matt has assisted in isolating the muscle groups that needed the most work and building my strength without putting pressure on my joints. Always very supportive and holistic in his approach, helping me to address other neck and back issues as well. I highly recommend.
