Love it great gym only issue would be better lighting and maybe more bags for boxing and maybe a wider path and.bike.parking.but good gym.but expensive

I love the welcoming staff and the instructors patience. Every week is different and we learn a different combo every time. The attention to the minor moves that could injure you is second to none. Every week I can’t wait for Tuesday to come so I can go and learn something new and practice what I already know. You are never made to feel conscious if you can’t get a move straight away. And I love the push ups I highly recommend Matrix Gym

Amazing place walked in to a session and was greeted with respect like I had been there for weeks. Nothing but kindness form the staff. The facility is clean and well looked after.

Felt like I was being made fun of because of my size and height. Really terrible experience. Even their website doesn't work.

Wouldn't recommend. Tried to go for a session twice and was turned away each time and so I gave up. Very disappointed.

This place is fantastic guys. The BJJ trainers Dan and Jason are are top notch. Everyone is super supportive and friendly. I've learnt so much the last few months here. If you're thinking about trying it, just do it now.

Friendly people, great trainers who know what they are talking about and just a good community in general, Matrix gym is somewhere that you can feel comfortable as a beginner and if you are motivated enough you can work your way up to more advanced classes, truly a great place to train.

Since being at Matrix I have felt my fitness has improved, the training is amazing, and always a challenge, where it feels like I have to push myself more then the last session. All the staff are amazing and the facilities are constantly improving. Matrix is one of the most enjoyable activities in my week.

Awesome gym! Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you never feel silly if you need to go over drills lots of times!

Hello everyone.

I was a bit anxious to attend a beginner class but it was awesome.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and straight forward.

The trainer for the class was funny and helped when ever there was an issue or a technique that needed attending too.
The class was full pass, none stop, energetic and supportive.
I'm a quiet person but the other students were so helpful and eager to help me get to where i needed to go.

I've joined now and am improving little by little.

The best thing was seeing girls and guys side by side having fun.

Looking forward to this year.

Had such a good experience at Matrix Gym. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, great team work. Sad to have to leave, if I'm ever back on the coast I will be sure to return. Highly recommend the matrix team.
