Mathers

I selected a number of shoes from the marked down shelf, tried them on (right foot shoe) and picked the ones I wanted. Then I asked the team member for the other shoe (left foot). The store was busy but she brought the shoes promptly and I was happy to be left alone to do my selection ad I didn't need any other help. I knew what I wanted and found them: beautiful, comfortable shoes at affordable prices.

I needed to track down a particular pair of shoes, in a particular size and colour and quickly. I contacted the Capalaba store and spoke to Kathy. She could not have been more wonderful - helpful, thoughtful and all around fantastic! She identified that the pair of shoes I was chasing were in stock, personally checked and confirmed they were exactly what I was after, advised they could offer a great price and, as I live a great distance from this store, arranged to Express post them to me. I had been quite stressed about this and Kathy's wonderful service relieved this immensely. During the entire call she was friendly, efficient and thoughtful. I could not possibly have been happier. Thank you so much Kathy, as I said on the phone, you absolutely made my day.

Visited the shop on Saturday and it was really busy. We were looked after by a young lad Lachlan who was really efficient and helpful, even though the shop was very busy and not many staff on. Great job! Would recommend the store:)

A huge thank you for exceptional customer service from the Manager at Mathers Capalaba Park - Annette Barnhill. In the midst of this pandemic I placed an online order for a few pairs of shoes. One of the sizings was incorrect. I could not get through to Customer Service after trying many times and eventually took the boots up to Capalaba Park Mathers. It turns out it couldn’t be a simple exchange or refund as the coding on these online boots didn’t match Mathers. Annette went beyond exceptional customer service by emailing and phoning head office to get this resolved on multiple occasions and phoned me to update as she was waiting on a response. In the end someone in Accounts put through a refund for me and it all happened very quickly. This was a week ago and today Annette phone me to make sure I received this and that everything was okay! True customer service is rare and again thank you to Annette for making me believe that there are still some good people out there who truly care about the Customer!

This is a shop where you can go into, and feel wonderful whilst you are there, great customer service, great product knowledge, this helps if you have, big feet, skiny feet, wide feet, they will fit and measure you, pop in and see Annette and Janelle and the team
