I went today to Mathers in indooroopilly shopping center. I got some shoes online for my kids and there were sizes differences. We met with Kathleen. She is a life saver. She helped us with all she can and trying all the sizes and helped my kids a lot to know the exact sizes. Thanks Kathleen. We defeintly coming back

I purchased 2 pair of shoes whilst on holidays but 1 had to be ordered and sent to my home address as they didn't have my size. Unfortunately when l got them they were the wrong size and colour. I rang the store and the manager, Kathleen, was extremely helpful. As we don't have a Mathers store at home she organised that I could drop them off at our Williams store and she then ordered the correct ones. They arrived today and are perfect. Such great service, fast delivery and beautiful shoes. Even my cat loves them.

Visited Mathers Indooroopilly yesterday to buy my grand daughter school shoes and was served by the very efficient and friendly Alice. She spotted us as we walked in and immediately found her foot measuring device, measured my grand daughters feet and supplied the correct shoe with extra room for growth. Very impressed with Alice and the service she provided.

It is very hard to find the shoes in my size. I went here on the recommendation of a colleague of mine. Stella Frome the customer service at this store helped me with my shopping, she was amazing, cannot thank her enough. Highly recommended. Will go there again.

Very disappointed with service. We were given a pair of boots with different sizing. Left boot size 9 and right boot size 11. Bought 2 pairs of shoes worth nearly $400 weren’t advised of rewards that we can accumulate points. Still waiting for replacement boot this could have been avoided and precious time saved. Issue was resolved by another branch.

My favourite shoe store. Great selection of shoes. The staff are often very busy so you have to wait a while but that's ok.

Amazing customer service from both the manager and the sales representative. They were very helpful in searching for the School shoes that I wanted to buy, looked up various other stock in other shops and called around for me. Helped me swap out a pair of shoes that didn't fit my Son. So much understanding and true customer focus. I will definitely be supporting this store.

An amazing young lady served me. I tried on so many pairs of shoes and each time she brought yet another pair out for me, she was friendly and smiling. It was as no it was a pleasure to help me. It helped make my experience quite pleasant. Thank you.

We had an amazing sales person who helped replace some school shoes. It was our fault (we bought the wrong shoe) and they were so friendly and helpful. The best experience!

I walked in, no greeting from staff. Two people serving one person. No eye contact or acknowledgement from staff, so I walked out and bought shoes elsewhere.

We went in for school shoes for my daughter. We were promptly served and the employee looking after us was very helpful and obliging. My 5 year old daughter tried on lots of styles and is quite fussy and the employee was extremely patient and really wanting to help find something that was perfect for her. It was a really nice experience.

The most unhelpful staff. I rang the shop to see if they had a particular shoe in stock. I gave the a full description with brand name but because I didn’t have a stock number the young girl said she couldn’t help me. She wouldn’t even look st the shelves under that brand - wouldn’t leave the counter where she was glued to the computer. Totally useless and unprofessional- no customer service.

Awesome customer service! Really really lovely and enthusiastic younger staff that helped me find appropriate boots for the purpose I was looking for (comfortable for travel and quality leather). She gave me lots of relevant and good options to try out and was patient with my indecisiveness! And really good price options especially with sales on. Really grateful and hope to return again.
