Another store at chermside that the staff are too busy talking amongst themselves to help customers. Find more mature staff that care.

Received lovely customer service from staff member, Charline! Charline was very kind and helpful in helping me try out different shoe styles and went above and beyond in trying to find the right shoe for me. Very appreciative of the service I received!

Total rip off merchants, wouldn't get the brand we asked for and kept making excuses like "none in stock" or they are "last years model" etc.and enforced an upsell to another brand we didn't want, sales person changed halfway through the sale and fitting to someone else who ultimately gave us the totally wrong size and we had to waste more time going back again to exchange, not to mention the brand they said were "old" and "out of stock" were plentiful sitting right there at the front of the store 4 high and 5 wide and in the sizes we wanted. Total con artists and not genuine "customer" service representatives fir Mathers, bring back the Toombul store, they were magnificent last year in 2022.shop here at your own peril! Never get my business again!

Terrible customer service this afternoon. Walked around the store before anyone even asked if I needed help. Missed out on me purchasing two pairs of shoes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for school shoes. They do fabulous deals and all staff are very helpful!

Hit and miss. It depends on who serve you. Excellent service on the last visit, not so much on this visit.

Snapped up a great special and they also helped me out with a mate who travels a lot and could only get sized at another location.

Our last trip there, i felt because we arrived half an hour before closing the lady didn't really want to help us. However every other visit has been good. Generally friendly service and good quality products

A great shopping experience at Mathers, Chermside today. I was served by Tricia, who was a very obliging, helpful lady, who went the extra mile to fit me out in the most suitable shoes. A valuable assett to Mathers.

I tried 5 pairs of shoes waiting for a consultant to approach me and offer help. After 20 mins waiting I left empty handed and very dissatisfied with the non existent help

Very expensive and shoes don't look that good. Maybe comfortable but I would rather buy something a bit cheaper and looks good.

Ebony at Mathers at Chermside - the best customer service I have had in a long time. The store was full of customers being the last Saturday before school starts back, Ebony was on the ball and nothing was too much trouble in her finding sizes. Pleasant and very helpful with a smile.
