Honestly cannot fault this branch in any way, specifically Kim has been nothing but helpful, professional and kind. She has made this entire process simple yet effective. Everywhere else I have tried has made things confusing and hard to understand so I'm very grateful for this particular match works but more specifically Kim for being amazing and what she does!

Consultant here talk so loud even when they talk half a meter away from you. I have no idea if that's how they were trained or whatever. But the worst part is, they put Kim at the reception. Are you kidding? After receiving tons of complain about her bad attitude? What a joke!

Nasty consultant, but receptionist was nice though. What Jane Doe said was pretty accurate. I just want to add that jobseekers who think that they were treated badly by Kim should file a report to Centrelink. All consultants should be aware that they are being paid to assist the jobseekers, not to show nasty attitude.

Everyone here has been amazing except for Kim, if you get her try and change from her asap! She is not a nice lady.

I accompanied my niece there 2 months ago and I was astounded to see that jobseekers doesn't have any privacy. They all placed in one room where you can hear the rude consultant talking to them in a very loud voice. SHOCKING! I think Max are more professional than this place.

How refreshing. Walked in to have my initial. Straight up got asked what sort of work I'm interested in doing before any other questions. Shows value and respect for client. Staff from front desk through to consultants were very pleasant. Best part is they offered on the spot to submit my resume to an employer who matches my qualifications and interests. Thanks Matchworks. I feel I've come to the right place.
