Terrible customer service
We waited 10-15 mins at the front, nonone was there. Rang the bell, got ignored. Even called twice, no one answered. Could hear staff talking down the hall. EDIT.the sign was a blank piece of paper on the desk that had no writing on it - check the camera. We picked it up and looked at it.

Im up on holiday, and booked in with Carly, she is a true professional, new exactly where I was sore, really felt for where needed to be released.
She kept going until she had found the exact spot. Cannot recommend highly enough.

DISAPPOINTED! Am a massuer from Victoria and up here on holiday. Went to get a knot in my neck sorted and got a guy, great I think, cause he should be able to get the knot out of my neck. He worked on my shoulders for nearly 20 minutes of my 30 min, even though I had explained where the problem was. And when he did finally get to the problem area his touch was out of touch! He couldn't pick the problem, most professionals should of been right on to it. It's a good size and SHOULD be easy to find. At the end of the alloted time I told him he had missed it. He shrugged his shoulders and left the room. $80 dollars for that! I should of done it myself, would of saved money but on holidays and thought it is easier to get on top of it from above.
Disappointed to say the least.

Best massage experience I’ve had so far.
My girlfriend and I chose the Love Ceremony spa package and here are some highlights:
1. The therapist applied just enough pressure that relaxed my muscles.
2. For facial cleanse, hot towels were covered every time creams/oils are applied which is extremely relaxing.
3. The bed is electrical powered which heats up if you feel cold (which we did)
4. The hand stretch is highly recommended. I did not realize how my hands were so sour.

Best 2hr remedial massage I've had! Thank you to Vanessa who was my therapist on the day. Highly recommended.

Since moving from Brisbane, I was concerned I wouldn't find a therapist that I felt comfortable with. However, Connie was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. The appointment was on time and the salon had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Conveniently located and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating as I work odd hours and can't always make scheduled opening times.

Would highly recommend! I am a remedial massage therapist myself and this would have been one of the best massages I’ve had.

Booked in for a group of 4 of us to get massages. Upon payment we were told the price was $80 more than the prices advertised on the website. The receptionist phoned the owner to query this as she informed us that we weren’t the only customers to have this issue. Our request for the business to honour the price stated on their own website was denied, with the response from the phone call: ‘it says prices can change without notice in the fine print’. Legally I’m sure this is sound however I can assure you, as a customer spending almost $600 with this business on this occasion, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. However we paid the price and proceeded with the massage after waiting for 15 minutes after our appointment time to begin. Due to the staff’s delay our 90 minute massage lasted for 75. Aside from the shortened duration, the massage itself was pleasant and the ladies did a great job (although I was a little cold and my partner got a blanket and I did not - which is not something I would usually complain about but it was the last straw). The 2 stars are rating the operation of this business, as I would return in a heartbeat based on the service I received from the lovely staff. In 2021 it is not difficult to update a website to reflect accurate prices and it’s a disservice to your staff to leave them in uncomfortable positions dealing with customers that have received this misinformation.

My pregnant wife and I had a couples massage and both came away from it saying it has been the best massage we've ever had from all of our experiences combined from New Zealand, to Bali, to NSW.hands down, best! Big recommend!

My wife & I had a relaxation & remedial massage, they were up there with the very best!

Visited the place couple of times, all 3 girls that gave me and my husband massage were amazing, can't rate them high enough! I wish I lived in Airlie beach to be able to visit them more often. It seems a bit expensive from the beginning but it's worth every cent!

We were very lucky to be able to book in last minute for a couples massage and I am so glad we did! It was a lovely massage and I felt very relaxed by the end of it, would definitely come back if we were staying longer.
