Feeling cheated. Payed almost double amount. I booked for 30 mins upper back message. The lady shally was talking nonstop trying to convince me to extend my message time for best treatment and said me how bad my body is. I got convinced and asked her to do full body message for 60 mins. Later, she only gave me back message and was trying to waste time. When I asked her if full body message only includes back she said because my body pain is bad she wanted to focus only on my back and next time she will focus on my leg, shoulders and head. And asked more money to message my head and shoulders. I had to pay extra money (paid for full body plus extra $for head) and my pain is much worse now. Terrible experience.

It's been a few months since I've had a massage, so I was really quite tense. Booked for 1and half-hours, Shelley then squeezed another 15mins and more money. Came out worse than I went in. Almost a week later and I still cannot move without discomfort or pain. Just cancelled follow up appointment. Very disappointed. ‍

I made a booking for 3 people and while the third person in my group was waiting for 30 minutes they had to sit there while they took in a walk in, they didn't have time for their massage anymore. And all they said was "thank you for not being cranky about this" incredibly unprofessional.

Not impressed - this business charged a service for another client using my private health card details - without my permission- I have phoned the business and asked them to void the transaction but they have not - that is fraud as far as I am concerned.

If you want a good massage then this place is okay, however if you want relaxation dont bother. I received a 45min reflexology and the masseuse talked THE WHOLE TIME. He was saying very judgemental things about others (including other workers) and customers. He was not prepared and had nothing ready when I arrived for the appointment. I felt very un-relaxed and uncomfortable.

Have tried booking as I received a gift voucher. Turned up for booking and said can I come back tomorrow. Came back the next day. You guessed it. Come back tomorrow. Threw the gift voucher in the bin on the way out.

Good massage although a little rough. I was in pain for a few days afterwards but it then cleared up and I felt much better overall.

He did cupping and put heat lamp over me. He then forgot about me and burnt me as well as burning blisters. Never again

Sheldon is exceptional at his profession!
He is able to find your problem, and release that Issue.
His knowledge and techniques are the best I’ve experienced in Townsville.
With only 1 treatment he was able to release my shoulder and knee aches. I’ll be back for sure!

Had my first experience here yesterday, had reflexology, absolutely amazing. The staff are wonderful caring and inviting. And love that they use coconut oil on the skin. I will most definitely be going back and bringing my partner in for a treatment also.

I will never return.the only "experience" I had was pain - even after I told the masseuse it hurt. I was sore for 3 days. Definitely didn't feel like she knew what she was doing.

This place is great i go here once a week to get reflex done. Sheldon is great and deffinitly knows his stuff. Highly recommend

The worst massage I’ve. Went in pain and came out worst was going to tell her half way through to stop could tell she wasn’t a masseur. A waste of $55. I will never go there again.
