45This place is good for grocery shopping. It has a small coffee shop inside. There is small take away there and you also have close by other take away food outlets.
Good to shop. But sadly loosing business due to rent hikes. Book swapfree. Good op shops. Coles staff are great.
Marsden Park Shopping Centre, isn't too bad but defaintly needs a boost in stores. It's Coles and plenty of variety stores but nothing really sticks around long enough to gather attention from locals. Inside can feel quite stuffy and it's only really good if your popping down to coles otherwise it's not worth the hassle.
Heaps of parking spaces, well laid out and clean. The tiles out the front are really slippery when wet.
Car access is OK, but the traffic lights are annoying at times, depending on which direction you're coming from.
