The teachers there are lovely and enthusiastic, and my children love the classes. The complex is bright, clean and modern with a nice sitting area for parents on the 2nd level to watch the classes. The Balanced Bean Cafe within the complex also serves great coffee, drinks and other snacks.

Parents not distancing or wearing masks when chatting while children are in class. How hard is it to wear a mask for such a short time?

Attended this facility for couple years, loved it. Covid happened and it turned into an absolute mess. The first week covid was being spoken about on new my daughter has picked up a sniffle from prep. We were consequently kicked out of the session because of a sniffle. The manager told me upon kicking us out that she was suffering from sinus and also had a sniffle but she remained there. I was so disappointed that they kicked up out for a runny nose.

Called to ask a question totally unrelated to the services they provide. Lyn (I hope I remembered your name correctly as my head was hurting lol!?) went above and beyond to help me. An absolute lovely lovely lady! Great customer service.keep it up
