Quirky place with a wide mix of plants, pots, organic foods and stuff. It's not what you'd expect from the outside but you're sure to find something to intrigue. Helpful, friendly staff. Recommended

Can't really complain when a store has exactly what you went in for but that also doesn't make for a fair review. They get 5 stars because the staff member greeted me with a huge smile and a genuine "How was your day? ". This was Sunday at 5pm.

I love the food and produce from here but the customer service is awful. Every time I walk in I feel as if I am a nuisance based on the way I am treated by staff. There has been maybe two times I have walked out feeling satisfied by the customer service and I am a frequent customer. Please re-think the way you treat those supporting your business.

The best place to shop for organic foods all in the one place. This store also has a wonderful cafe on site with great coffee and lunch items. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and a special mention to the store manager Kat. She is an absolute credit to your company.
I highly recommend this store.

Really a lovely all-around great little organics stop.
Plants, coffee, lactose free, probiotics, gluten-free - they have so many options in a little block, and it's fantastic.

My sister and I are coeliac, and I have many intolerances. Market Organics really have so much range it's hard to find something I can't use, drink or eat.

I was a loyal customer of Market Organics Clayfield and shopped there at least twice a week. I haven't been back since late last year because of the decline in customer service. I had a phone conversation with the Manager and explained why I wasn't going back. The Manager wasn't concerned and finished my conversation with "Sorry to hear that". I thought she might have enquired more into my reason and enticed me back to shopping there in the future. Unfortunately, one less customer

Great organic place, for your everyday things, but there service is hit and miss and the click and collect I wouldn’t use at all

Delighted to find the cafe in Market Organics Clayfield open this afternoon. Delicious coffee (latte) and Chai made on oat milk. A warm fluffy apple crumble muffin and slice of carrot cake… so good. Very friendly service.
We picked up organic supplies from the grocery store.
Then purchased beautiful mini cyclamens from the charming lady that owns the nursery.
Fabulous experience which we plan to repeat!

Handy store but the customer service is ordinary. Lost count of the number of times I’m left waiting trying to find some one to provide service at the checkouts. Also adequate training on the Buchi taps is needed, either ‘the person’ who knows how to use it properly is not there or it’s flat. All simple things you would expect a business to be able to sort out.

Coffee was good but plants are so overpriced. Look on FB Marketplace and they’ll be 1/10th of the price

I bought an orchid last July 2021. I kid you not.consistently producing flowers since then, it has not stopped growing. Thank you so much for your helpful tips, they have worked

It was advertised as leaf teas in takeaway but they are far from that. I ordered a green tea and the quality was far from satisfactory The person producing the tea took out the box of teas and they were all tea bags.

We have been going to market organics Clayfield for 4 years now and its our only go to now Clayfield markets is gone. At Market Organic staff is awesome (although some lessons on how to pack boxes and bags with newer staff needs to happen! - but this is the only thing that drives me nuts but the staff who have been there longer are great and always welcoming. The produce is fantastic never have to throw anything out due to being rotten or bugs in it which is great considering the produce is organic. Great range of house hold needs and lots of things to tantalise the taste buds in a healthy way!

This place is FANTASTIC, so glad I found it.
I can now buy everything Organic in one shop! Great variety. Fruit & Veg are priced well too, compared to other Organic stores.

Love this place, prices are very reasonable considering organic fruit and veg, also big plant lover, all the plants for sale are amazing. Strongly recommended

The shop themselves and their staff not one issue. Always enjoyed coming in to see the friendly staff with my wife and child.
But. The bad stuff.
The person who runs the flower shop who I've been told isnt part of market organics but still outside the shop is very rude. We have had issues with him blowing on our child! And trying to feed our child even when we said no.

We hate to say it but we are going to have to go even further away and shop at another market organics store. We rather not but with what has happened its just has to be done.

Great shop, helpful staff but just beyond my budget I'm afraid.

This is one of the best organic market I have been. They have quite a wide range of products and staff is helpful. I do recommend the Kambucha and organic dried mangoes. They also have a variety of organic bulks from nuts to grains.

A lovely staff member here allowed me to make a purchase after close (I was not pleased with the other two surly staff but the good service outweighs the bad). Thank you! That simple gesture of friendly customer service was genuine and selfless, I will choose Market Organics Clayfield first from now on.
