Not a shadow of its former self - many shops vacant or empty so its main draw is for access to the jetties or restaurants. Not worth a trip for its own sale.

Unfortunately because of coving a bit quiet, we went to the Ladybird restaurant for lunch.it sit right on the waterfront, beautiful, and the best steak I have had for a long time.

Lovely shopping centre, a few shops shut due to COVID-19 but there was enough open, clothing, beauty, cafes etc to make the drive worthwhile from Brisbane. Free parking & plenty of it, easy to find with the GPS.
Beautiful location next to the water, I'll I'll definitely go back.

Amazing afternoon spent sat the Red Robin resturant. The best customer service I have ever experienced, what a wonderful team you have there, Food was outstanding x

It's a two level centre, primarily focussed I guess on the boating type tourists and those that enjoy wasting money on overly priced clothing and waterfront restaurants. It's pleasant, however v quiet for such a lavish arena. Lots of expensive resorts near bye yet only dribs and drabs of potential visitors utilitizing what's on offer.

This place was once a vibrant humming upmarket mini mall to visit and shop. We visited on a Friday and it was so disappointing to see vacant shops amidst a cold atmosphere. This place seriously needs a revamp and brand repositioning.

No shops open. Felt really cold and dark in general to much concrete. Shops dont fot precinct. They need to turn it into a wesfield or something attract some families

Nice scenic facilities, didn't get to eat here, but it looked nice. Should try the gondola canal tour with dinner, very romantic.

Very impressive staff. Soo many amazing and unique experiences to experience. The only thing that would need to change was the food. Not very pleased with what we got.

Nice variety of high end shops and good range of restaurants. Sad to see some shops have closed and would benefit from having a good cafe/brunch spot.

Has everything you would need from a shopping centre, just check the opening hours as most of the retail shops open from 10am

It's a pity everything is closed in the evening. No one is around. The only people we see are those going to the restaurants.

A must on market day, so many delicious items, and bargain shopping. Enjoy fresh French crepes, coffee and a stroll around the marina.

Hasn't changed much since Christopher & Pixie built it. Still great shopping if quality items and yummy food. Nathan of the fur & leather stores always charming.

It was a good experience indeed to drop by here. And we seen a few shops inside specially clothings. We stop over to have a coffee inside too. Which it make us happy for that desicion we made as the coffee shop make the best one we tried around in Gold Coast Australia. ️

We usually visit early morning on weekends. Not a lot of shops open at those hours but there is a temporary market that sells lots of goodies on early morning on Saturday

You have some wonderful long term businesses leasing your shops but the centre itself is honestly looking tired, empty and run down. Its always clean and tidy, and the greenery is lush, but it's a fraction of the place it once was.

Still possibly the best place on the Gold coast. Great direct beach access, excellent lounges around a too busy pool. Very good pool service with good food options. Excellent rooms, spacious and well appointed. Foyer smells of chlorine, parking underneath is easily accessible, the marina complex is run down but some good food options.

I like the shops and new areas. The shops sell good value items
And under 20 dollars in some shops the pet shop with sniffanys is my favourite loved it
