Tried calling about 15 times over the course of 3 hours and no answer, certainly don't trust a company that can't even answer the phone

The New Zealand girl, with very curly hair was very helpful today with helping me find a new pair of boots that will last me longer then 3 months

Had bad experience in Man Cave. I bought work boots at $99 in the store. I found a cheaper price at $79 in Total Tools after back home. I sent an email to ask for matching price but there was no any reply for almost two weeks until I gave them call twice. I can see the manager tried to neglect my email. In the replied email, the manager not only refused my requirement but more emphasized that their policy comes from Australian Consumer Guarantee set out by ACCC. I cannot see any good attitude to deal with this matter. The manager also said they cannot make every customer happy. I cannot believe this is the way they doing business, It is really inflexible and trying to lose customer. I do not think my request is unreasonable because I did not compare the price with any online store and the different is $20 (take up to 20% of total price) not $2, I believe nobody would like to pay this much more on the exact same product. I made compromise in the email that I accept $20 store credit not cash back but was refused as well. I hope all future customer can read my review that I want to remind all customer to be carefully make decision before shop in this store because they do not accept return if change mind even if the product is fully unworn. It is better to shop in big store which they can promise the lowest price and accept fully refund as long as reasonable. This is my first time shop in this store will be the last time.

I really had a bad experience on man cave. I bought a cat safety shoes about 4 months ago and it is damaged now after the normal use. I tried to contact the man cave team (through websites and emails) to return the faulty shoes, but there was no response till now. There is no shops in Canberra so I just can contact through online ways. Hope everyone can see that.

Austin and I spoke over the phone about a pair of Steel Blue limited edition work boots while I was away at work, and ten days later coming in to the shop, to my surprise, my work boots had been ordered in! Austin had organised it all!

I went in to the man cave for new work boots. I was served by Selina. This sales member has helped me twice now, both times this lady has been absolutely amazing. I believe she is an asset to the store. Hopefully she will still be there when I am due to buy boots again.

Love this shop and I'm a white collar worker. The "cave bamboo socks" are the best socks I own, however if you could get them in white I would literally buy 20 more pairs.

Don’t buy anything from this place. They won’t look after you. It’s been 3 weeks I meant to get a call from sales team regarding boots I purchased from them. Staff has no idea about product so don’t ask them what is good for you. They sold me something which sounded down to earth but it is absolutely rubbish. After I complained been told sales team will contact me. It’s been 3 weeks I haven’t heard from them yet.

Fantastic service in ensuring the safety boots were comfortable and suitable for the type of work we do. If you need work wear, this is the place to go.

Brenton (I think?) helped me with boots for landscaping and FXD work shorts, knew his stuff and took his time to find the ones I liked. When I called to see if he remembered what I ordered so I could order backup colours online he knew off the top of his head. Stock also arrived quickly so obviously local stock. Good stuff boys! (and girls?)

Couldn’t ask for better customer service, I had no idea what sort of boots I was needing so the lady went over the different styleS that would be suitable, she was very patient and made sure I was happy with my final choice
