During my journey through Far North Qld, I stop in Cairns about a week ago, I happen to be in DFO, while checking out the stores, I notice Indian Motorcycle gear be model by a mannequin in the shop window of Man Cave. I went into store to view what they had and was overwhelm by the selection. The two staff girls I ended up speaking to, where kind, contagious, helpful, great personally. After picking out about 6 shirts, a messenger bag and key ring, I was served by Faliesha who provide me about other store/online purchases, discounts, and other helpful info. I received more information from Faliesha about that store before I walk in! After mention that I owned a Indian Motorcycle myself we had a good conversation before I left the store.

Bought a brand new belt, once open is damaged, went back for replacement, been told we only can fix it for you, once it fixed will give you a call.why cant you just give another one in store.wasting of times.never goona buy stuff from man cave again.

Staff need to be well trained.had a salesperson with a do not care attitude serve us.we asked for size 9 LADIES waterproof shoes.my daughter was given a pair to try on and she stated they were too tight so said salesperson gave her a size 10.which fitted perfectly.paid for shoes only to get them home and find out they were the size 9.tried to return them for the size 10.to be told no there is no size 10 and they do not do refunds for change of mind. NOT CHANGE OF MIND. SALESPERSON SOLD US THE WRONG SIZE.absolutely disgusted in the service of the Manager and sales person
