I inherited a beautiful opal brooch from my mother-in-law, and I wanted to have it remodelled into a contemporary ring.
Raine (jeweller) listened carefully to what I wanted and did a fantastic job in creating a new family heirloom with 'a nod to the past'!

From the first time we set foot in the shop with its beautifully carved wooden display cabinets we felt welcome. Jim the owner and jeweller and his staff are friendly professional and extremely willing to assist in any way. Rayin the other jeweller has made my bangle after private consultation with Jim. I am very very happy with the result. We highly recommend Maleny Jewellers.

We LOVE the team at Maleny Jewellers! Our whole process of designing our custom engagement was an absolute dream. Mel and Jim were super helpful in sharing information about diamonds and helping us choose our most perfect stone. They were so patient and excited throughout our design process and took every step to ensure we were happy with our result - which we 1000% were! They were super professional and we can see their passion in all of their work. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful jewellery and the staff are so lovely and helpful. I always feel so welcome and the staff go beyond anything to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. Shout out to Lou! A beautiful store with bespoke pieces and a wonderful range of gold and silver jewellery. The sales team were also fabulous with great advice and after care provided. I can't speak more highly of this team. Sadly my "selfie" doesn't do this magical gold and titanium with boulder opal and topaz piece any justice. Just look at the boab tree feature on the back. Superb!

My partner went to Jim for my engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning and the craftsmanship is second to none! Unfortunately partner got the size a little wrong but we went into the shop and Jim altered it then and there. It’s such a welcoming environment and a refreshing change to deal with people who actually care about you not just the $$

It was a chilly winter's day on a Thursday afternoon. On a whim I walked into Maleny Jewellers and was greeted by not one but two of the beautiful customer service team.

A warm hello and a joke or two and I knew it was a place I would like to come back to. The good news doesn't stop there. In addition to being so welcoming and polite the team were so helpful and not in the least bit pushy.

I came in to get a link taken out of a very uncommon watch, this was no challenge to the team who had it done in the best part of 3 minutes (being the store is full of beautiful watches, clocks and timepieces this is how I knew). An ear to ear grin on my face I smiled and thanked the lovely staff (I won't mention their names as I don't want to embarrass them) who then informed me the first one is complimentary!

I was gobsmacked! Good old customer service and indeed value for money, surely places like this don't exist any more! Needless to say Maleny Jewellers is a shining example of what a good store should be. I ended up buying a beautiful cleaning cloth for my watches and browsed their catalogue. I am looking to go back and buy an Adina watch simply because they are so wonderful.

Today I picked up this beautiful ring that was designed by the beautiful Mel.

My hubby bought me new wedding rings so we took the old ones to mel as i had worn them for 37 years and wanted to use them into a ring I can still wear.

I'm definitely not a "jewellery and rocks" person - I never saw the value in these "things". However, Maleny Jewelers changed my outlook with their care, design and craftsmanship. Our custom rings are absolutely stunning.
