Great knowledgeable staff, weren’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell to the most expensive bed range. Was also pleased to buy from a reputable supplier where they actually make them on site. Warranty was great and it is a bonus that if you’re not happy about the quality or feel up to 5 years, they will have a look at it for you and discuss what they can offer to rectify the issue.

Extremely helpful and very good information with that we purchased a new mattress for our caravan and collect on Friday!

For some reason the website was saying they couldn't deliver to my address even tho it was local so I went in store to check and was just a simple error, they threw in an extra mattress protector for the hassle and I still get it delivered

Enjoyed the process of trying out and deciding what would be the best mattress (es) for our caravan. We have a split bed that combines to become a modified queen of sorts. Felt a little like goldilocks and found one that was just right for me! Partner liked a different one and we were in the position we could have a single of each! We were given plenty of time to try out and space to make our decision. We felt our sales person was well informed and knew what he was talking about. So happy to purchase an Aussie made product at an affordable price!

The store manager was knowledgeable of their products and offer low to high range quality products for affordability and comfort support. There is a decent warranty of 5 years on the mattress I selected and the lower range had a 4 year warranty on it which shows they have a good range of mattresses and delivery at a great price can't be beaten!

Ordered a mattress online in the morning- not even an hour later, the delivery had already been organised and they'd sent me a heads up. I know Makin Mattresses do good quality work (my father has ordered from them), but I have to admit the speed of service was pretty impressive.
