Have bought from them before and was after a new bed. They can't be beaten for price and the quality is always good.

The shop was quite busy, however, there were only two people there to help anyway. It took a little while for what was a reasonably quick sale seeing as we basically tried each mattress ourselves and decided then had a chat with a salesperson who asked if we were okay. She confirmed a few things and was very pleasant.

I went in there this afternoon. Arrived at about 4.35pm, a very motivated buyer (mattress). I had a shortlist and it was just a matter of seeing which one was best between those and arranging payment. I had purchased a base there a short time earlier. I sadly encountered the rudest customer service/sales person in history. The other lady Jill tried hard to assist whist the big mouth sat there next to her giving attitude, being rude, patronising & making me feel like a burden by being there. Unwelcoming from when I first walked in to when I left. So disappointed.

Christine was super helpful and we weren’t rushed or pressured to make a decision. They altered the fabric on the mattress to one we liked, the delivery guys arrived when they said they would. Overall a great experience and the bed is super comfortable. Won’t buy a bed anywhere else, especially a non flip one, they are the greatest con of all time. Great work MM.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I recommend purchasing your mattress from any other making mattresses store but this one. We are extremely disappointed about how rude a member of the sales team was to us and when I discussed this with another staff member during collection of our mattress she then proceeded to also be extremely rude. We were treated as second class citizens in this store twice.

Went to making mattresses on the 26/4/21 and bought a queen mattress and a base. Could not be happier with the staff and service.

I have been a long term customer of Makin Mattresses Nerang, buying over a dozen mattresses & 4 or 5 beds in my time there. I have generally found the quality of the product and the service to be great. That is, until my last 2 visits. The 2 staff on duty couldn’t not have been less interested or not engaged as these two were. Further to that, no client likes being insulted by being flat out lied to, and then to further the insult, be told that my business isn’t wanted there. When I requested to speak to the manager, was told the manager wouldn’t be phoned and to come back another day. Both staff on duty showed zero care and than had the hide to blame me for “making a scene”. All of this was over trying to negotiate a free delivery, was has been my standard discount and negotiation on every product I have ever purchased there, only to be told directly yesterday. “there is no record of you ever receiving free delivery”, to today stating. “oh I can see you had it on your last purchase”. I will be furthering my complaint to your manager, and you have lost a very long term customer.

Went to Makin Mattresses Nerang to ask for information regarding our latex mattress we had purchased from them many years ago. The staff answered all our questions politely and professionally and let us choose our options in the peace and quiet of a dedicated room. Thank you for taking the time to listen to us.

Christine was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and addressed our needs to find the perfect mattress. We were extremely pleased that the mattresses are completely Australian made using predominantly Australian product & materials.

I didn't know where to start looking for a mattress so I went to Makin Mattresses Nerang as I heard that they had good mattresses. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I explained to Christine the back problems we have and she explained their different mattresses to me so I was able to feel assured, I had picked the right one. Trusting a company and sales people is very important to me and I feel confident in my purchase and look forward to it arriving!
