Staff are fantastic and Dr Muhammad really knows what he is doing very helpful and explains in plain English what is important.

Went to see harry the dentist. Hes a good dentist. Then i was laughed at by the receptionist bescause i only had enough money for one procedure. She cackled and had a great laugh because it would cost me more in the long run. Wont be going back to be laughed at again. Humiliating.

Very rude Dr, the reception staff did not check any of our details so we did not receive an urgent recall notification for our son. Will never go back. Worst practice I've ever been too!

Not my usual medical centre but got an appointment same day when I needed it, minimal wait time once there and all very good.

Prompt professional service. Handy being able to get blood work and scans done at one place

Just had a visit with the dentist (Dr Dave) Great dentist, fast, pain free, priced well and accually has a personality.
I highly recommend this surgury. 5 star.

Much better with appointments on weekdays and Dr Poddar is the best GP I've ever had dealings with. Very genuine

Appalling service.my YA son suddenly had the onset of sharp pain today.was charged $280! For a brief consultation then told him they can't help and to go to the hospital.he doesn't have a car.he walked there alone.no duty of care.after attending this centre for 26 years with my family. I won't be going back.

Dr MD Shariful Alam was totally unfriendly and unhelpful during the “only 2 minuets “ paid consultation about my ear infection over the weekend. It is absolutely wasting time and money.

The Dr was nice, but it was my first visit here and I had to wait an hour. Nobody at reception told me of the delay of came to inform any patients waiting for the Dr I was seeing. I understand these things happen, but communication is key to keep happy patients. Unsure if I would return again.

There were no customer car parks and had to park on the street, waited over 1hour even with a appointment and still didn’t get to see the doctor. Had to leave and booked another dr.at a different clinic as my toddler was very unwell.
Wouldn’t rate the customer service either.

3 years on and absolutely nothing has changed in this place.
The front reception staff are rude, slow, unatentive and did not give me the information i needed, resulting in missing my appointment (while i was in the waiting area!) and having to wait even longer.
Something needs be done here, especially now that they have changed to mixed billing.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
For such a busy bulk billed walk in centre, it is so poorly run.
Every single time I have to come here due to every where else in the area being booked out i wait a minimum of 2 hours to see a doctor for 5 minutes. Today I was told the wait was 1.45 hours and I've been here for 2.5. Lady in front of me checking on her wait had been here waiting for 3.5 hours because her name had been missed or skipped. The explanationwas that it's because they were fully booked up with bookings? Seriously?
Not good enough!
PUT MORE DOCTORS ON.
It's obviously all about the money. They can renovate the reception but not put on more doctors.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Wait times are minimal. It's great that everything is all in one place if needed.

Dr visit was good, wait time wasn't to bad appointment was for 4.10pm and saw Doctor around 4.30. Reception staff are pleasant.

Aged pensioner charged $65 because money hungry doctor doesn't bulk bill, absolute disgrace. To cancel was $50. This was just to write a prescription.

While the waits can be long most of the doctors are great. Very convenient having everything in one spot. Chemist is great and wouldn't trust anyone else to do my scripts. Very happy with everything

My experience there was great. The clinic hosts professional, informative and understanding doctors
