Loved the job Main Event did with our wedding day. It looked absolutely amazing and it was easy to do the setup with them as we had some personal stuff to bring along.

MEW were fantastic to deal with and brought my reception vision to life. Our Reception was so beautiful, the table settings were exactly what we wanted from the napkins, champagne glasses, candles to the extraordinary flower arrangements. MEW did the styling for our recent wedding (Ceremony and Reception) at The Warehouse in Brisbane (08/04/2) 3. We were absolutely delighted with the final product, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The combination of the drapes + the arbour florals was stunning, and helped capture one of my favorite photos from the day during the Ceremony. They did personalised menus, napkins, arbour + florals, candles, etc.
We primarily dealt with Mariah, who was just amazing to deal with. She handled everything like a true professional and kept us updated every step of the way, massive thank you to her for helping create our dream wedding day! I would not hesitate recommending MEW to anyone

We truly cannot recommend Main Events enough. From the get go we knew how stressful weddings could be, and we wanted to do anything that would make the process and the day run smoothly—hiring Main Events to manage and organise our styling was the decision that allowed this to be possible. A huge thank you to Cassie and Mariah for consulting with us and being flexible and patient throughout the whole process. We did not feel pressured at all to spend enormous amounts of money or have any extravagant designs. Instead we were supported to create a ceremony and reception that were truly stunning and still keep within our budget. There is nothing more reassuring than know that you have professionals that will liaise and communicate with various vendors (e.g. Lighting, florals, decor, wedding coordinator, photographer etc.) in the lead up to and on the day of the wedding, and just allow you and your family to just focus on the special day. We had Main Event weddings coordinate and style our recent wedding. Mariah and Chloe were absolute stand out coordinators. They were incredibly helpful, responded quickly to emails and really made my vision come true. On the day they had everything running perfectly on time and left nothing for me to stress about! The styling of our wedding day was so beautiful and well beyond our expectations. Mariah had great styling advice and helped us choose colours and decor to put together a beautiful ceremony and reception space at the Warehouse. The flower arrangements, button holes and bouquets from Garden Graffiti were to die for! And we’re able to withstand 30 degree heat during photos. Thank you to the MEW team for making our wedding day look amazing.

Also, If you’re tossing up about the fairy lights like we were - … get the fairy lights … they completely changed the atmosphere of the venue space and are totally worth it!

Main Event weddings did the styling for our wedding reception (31.10.21). What they created blew us away - from the table setting to the floral pieces.

We told the team our ideas of what we wanted to see and the aesthetic we wanted.
We had complete confidence in the team that we didn't want any updates on how they would style the area and wanted to see everything first-hand on the night.

I would have to say that this was probably one of the best ideas we did - they created and made our dream reception come true.

MEW provided our setup for our wedding at the Island. We were blown away with everything actually. The room setups were incredible,  flowers were beyond what we'd hoped for. Their assistance and staff were amazing! People loved the food and wine and overall had a great time. So much so that we had to tell everyone to go home at 12pm ;) Great job and made our day!

I had an amazing time working with Main Event Weddings. Cassie and her team are extremely professional and detail oriented. Despite having to reschedule our marquee wedding reception three times due to COVID19 and dealing with the constant rain at the time, the team remained optimistic and geared towards solutions! Our special day was everything we hoped it would be thanks to this team!

I honestly can not put into words how thankful I am to have Cassie, Courtney and the Main Event Weddings team in our corner. Like a lot of people, our day had to be postponed from 2020 to 2021 and finally to 2022. These ladies helped us to navigate the last minute lockdowns, realign our suppliers and maintain our sanity through some pretty uncharted territory.
Our original event was to include an outdoor ceremony and reception but two weeks out, due to heavy rains, we had to pivot to a completely different style indoor event. Cassie and the team performed some kind of miracle, transforming a very basic mess hall room into the most stunning space, far exceeding my expectations. MEW handled all challenges with such professionalism and their expertise made all the difference on the day. I could not recommend them enough for Planning, Styling, Floristry and general peace of mind. Thank you! We had our June wedding here- we were attracted by the all in one venue- ceremony and reception in the one area and not weather dependent. The rooftop terrace for mid way drinks and canapés was an added bonus for our guests to enjoy.

The food was plentiful and delicious, drinks free flowing and the venue matched perfectly to our want for simple, classy elegance in the venue. The day went off without a hitch (or if there were any we certainly didn’t notice!) and the wait staff ensured our guests were kept happy- which many of them commented on the wonderful service.

The most outstanding part of our experience with the Warehouse however was the staff. Exceptional attention to detail, communication, friendliness, care and diligent, kind and amazing coordination and communication on the day and in the entire months leading up to the event- thank you Bianca. I really can’t recommend this venue and the experience enough. We would do it all again in a heartbeat ️
