Mai is the best eyelash professional in Brisbane. I feel so at ease when Mai does my eyelash extensions and eyelash lifts. I can really tell Mai cares about providing the best therapeutic experiences for her clients as Mai always keeps her workspace/client bed clean and has a very soothing music on during the appointment. Mai is unlike many other eyelash extensionists I have visited in Brisbane and puts her clients' needs and comfort first. As with the lash treatments I have received from Mai, they have lasted me a long time and I notice that my eyelashes always remain so healthy afterwards! I am especially in love with her lash lifts as they do not sting my eyes (unlike other lifts I've gotten in the past), Mai uses good products and Mai spends sufficient time on the process to ensure they last!

I went to Mai Lashes for the first time today and had Natsuka do my extensions - it was such a lovely experience from start to finish and I will definitely be back!

The staff were all so welcoming and the salon is very clean, comfortable and cosy. Natsuka did an amazing job painlessly removing old lashes done somewhere else (and poorly), it was also my first time getting a lash shampoo and it was really pleasant. Natsuka checked in regularly to make sure I had no irritation or discomfort at every step, and had such a light hand I almost fell asleep a couple of times. Zero pain or discomfort at any stage. The room was very comfortable, they have pillows to support your legs and a blanket, calming music and air conditioning.

Also extremely reasonable and competitive prices regardless of the amazing service, I would definitely recommend Mai to anyone who wants extensions. They tailored to my requests and made suggestions based on my eye shape which I really appreciated.

They provided helpful aftercare information and a spoolie to brush the lashes, which includes a card listing the specific design used and when an infill is due! They deserve all the 5-star reviews, this is a fantastic business and the team is so friendly and skilled. Thank you!

Wow! The best lash experience I have ever had!

Mai was so sweet and is extremely gentle and caring when removing and applying your lashes. You can barely even notice that something is happening on your face! So easy to fall asleep in the calming environment she's created.
