Magical Ponies

My son has a lovley ride on the pony's at the carra markets every weekend! He absolutely loves it. The pony's are well behaved and staff are all so nice and generous and patient with little ones!

We went to the Gold Coast show and a beautiful lady had paid it forward and my daughter got free pony ride she had a wonderful time thank you for such a great first experience for her on a pony

Extremely Rude staff. Was a a free family event, got to the front of the line and asked for $2 even there was no signs requesting money. The woman told everyone that this was to deter kids wanting more rides? My daughter was yelled at to “concentrate” getting off the pony then the woman proceeded to push her off the step to the pony. Would avoid this company if this is the customer service they provide!

Fantastic experiance dealing with the team from Magical Ponies. They made my daughters experiance wonderful. Great work and would recommend.

We were at the historic rivermill today with our family who are on holiday from the uk.
The two women that were with the ponies there were the rudest people I’ve ever met. We had been queuing and were the last 2 people in the queue waiting for a ride for one of them to abruptly say the pony was going home for the day. Now we had already bought our tokens and the sign clearly said that pony rides were from 9-12. This was at 11.54 and 6 minutes left. Now I can understand if they would take the pony home if it was exhausted or looked like it needed a rest but the little guy was fine. I’d like to add the 2 kids that were waiting for the ride lost their daddy to cancer last October and I told the staff this and they did not care. All they wanted to do was ride the pony, they were so excited! Just absolutely disgusting. I hope you’re proud of yourselves ladies!

Hire pony for our daughters 6th birthday party, Lisa turned up on time good with kids very understanding and kind. We enjoyed meeting butterscotch kids like her n enjoyed they rides on her. It made our daughters day because she loves unicorns butterscotch definitely is the cuteness dress unicorn, our disabled son was nervous at first but when he got 2 eventually pat butterscotch he was very happy afterwards. We would definitely recommend. Thanks for making our daughters day.

Thank you Lisa for making my 9 year old daughter's day with your pony rides! Butterscotch was so lovely with all the kids, even my 3 year old! Was also not expecting the wonderful lesson about ponies and how to look after them. You were so great with all the kids! Will definitely be having you back for next year's birthday party!
