Maestro Meats

I bought a scotch fillet steak, some lamb cutlets and koftas today. Cooked up the scotch fillet steak and it was blushing pink and ate like soft butter. Delicious quality products.

While quality definitely rules over quantity here, there's always plenty to choose from. The guys are really helpful if you need help deciding, but with only the best behind the glass, you really can't go wrong. Sone of the goods on offer are amazing grass fed meats, free range chicken, a creative range of gluten free sausages and the healthiest, most ethical eggs you'll find outside of your own chicken coup!

Best butcher in Brisbane. Has excellent local and speciality meats. Bangalow pork is fantastic and highly recommend. Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of sausages is really good with lamb, beef and pork sausages all available.

Ross and the team are simply awesome. Good old fashioned service with the highest quality meats around. This is our go to for special events such as Xmas and gathering and we have never been let down. Great for everyday meals as well. Yes you pay a little more but when you get consistency and great service its well worth it. 10/10 from us we love having Maestro Meats in the Clifton Hill Community. Winning!

I have had some of the sausages they offer and. They were delicious. I had there chicken enchilada and it wasn't so good. Ten percent chicken and 90% black beans inside. There was no Mexican flavour. But I will continue going there for meats as their other products are are very good.

First time visitors to Maestro Meats yesterday. Staff were friendly and super helpful! We bought a marinated leg of lamb, was so gorgeous and fresh and tasted amazing after bbqing on our smoker! We will be back!

Great selection of meat, the best pork available. Sausages, small goods, hams made by the team are the best in town. Calling ahead helps if you have specific cuts you’re after. Plus the place smells amazing.

Just finished dinner made with maestro meats free range chicken breast and it was honestly the best chicken I've ever had. The care and attention that goes into sourcing high quality produce is evident when the owner is happy to take the time to explain where their meats come from. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I don’t eat a lot of red meat, but when I do I want the best! Definitely one of the best butchers in Brisbane! Impeccable hygiene, the only place where meat is handled with gloves, and money/credit cards with hands! Highly recommended!

The best butcher I’ve been to in Brisbane. Sliced some cape grim for me and we had a great chat. Bangalow pork is on point and sausages amazing, no wonder they win awards. Worth the drive to support small local business!
