These jokers are the distributors for industrial Sorbothane in Australia. They have no web presence or indication of stock availability on line. I complained to Sorbothane in the US that they need to get their Australian distributor to lift their game, and they promptly passed on my complaint to the local distributor. They all much have been hit in the head too many times, with or without Madison headgear.
Like someone else has written, this is the best customer service I've received in a long time. It's always good to deal with great, friendly people. Thanks to Leon for sorting me out. I'm in Sydney and this is where i get my basketballs from. Quick delivery and good prices.
This is the dodgiest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I sent an order through, which they then took money for. They then refused to deliver and said my order had been marked as 'high risk' but kept the money. I even phoned them so that they know I'm a real person.
I should add that I'm a web developer and ave NEVER been refused an order before, and I place 20-30 online orders a month. I do use S/MIME encrypted email to guarantee its me however which the seem totally unable to understand (or to want to understand).
When I spoke to them they were rude and not prepared to listen at all.
Moral of the story DO NOT order though this company under any circumstances.
These guys are brilliant. By far the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Went above and beyond to ensure I received a birthday present in time after an Australia Post stuff up (yes.was definitely all on Australia Post). It's a crazy time of year and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Buy from these guys!
