Love this outlet. Madhouse has many quality and budget items available. The store is always well stocked and has a great variety. I always walk out with some kind of bargain.

I bought a pretty hair clip and on opening it at home, discovered it was broken. I took it back and after explaining to the manager who I thought would refund my $2. Oh no. Not her. Said it was "on clearance" as one was missing. Would not have a bar of anything I said that it was actually worthless as it wouldnt clip on anyones hair. $2 is not much but it was the dismissive way I was treated. As a result I will never buy a thing from there again. Had I been reimbursed I would have enjoyed shopping there, but that is not going to happen. Lousy service.
The range is quite extensive however I wasn't able to find the electric blender I was looking for.
The store manager needs to do some research regarding Australian Consumer Law Vs Store Policy & the difference between this being calmly & politely explained to them & being abused.you might actually learn something. Thankyou
