MacArthur Central Shopping Centre reviews
44Easy access to both Big W, BWS and Woolworths, Priceline and florist. Many of the speciality stores have closed
Attended this place approx 10am Friday 30th April. Was wanting to have a very expensive evening dress dry cleaned. Had to repeat myself twice upon arrival. Lady working there just stared at me. I was holding my dress in a carry bag. She then physically grabbed the bag out of my hand and began yanking the dress out of the bag. It was on a hooked hanger. She then almost ripped the delicate lace bodice due to the amount of force she was applying trying to yank it off the hanger and out of the bag. I had to grab the dress back out of her hands before it ripped. When I asked her what on Earth she thought she was doing, she growled at me "you can't drop clothes off for dry cleaning in dress bags". All she needed to do was ask me to remove the dress from the bag and I would have willingly done so. I was absolutely appalled at her demeanour, behaviour and treatment of myself and my belongings. Totally unprofessional and highly unnecessary. Needless to say I did not leave my dress there, for fear of what might happen to it. Will never attend this place again. Absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars.
I visited the apple store to purchase a replacement ipad. Initially I found the covid19 precautions a little irritating but hats off to the apple staff for doing their bit to keep everyone safe.
Beautiful Street and lovely setting. Great place for photos. Walking around something will catch your eye. Something for all here. Will be back.
MacArthur Central Shopping Centre has a few big name stores, including Woolworths, Big W, JB Hifi and the Apple Store. Food-wise, there is KFC, sushi, and probably a few other places but I haven't had the time to explore. There is a BWS at the basement for most of your, ahem, alcoholic needs:)
I am a regular and frequent customer of MacArthur Central Priceline
I have paid Priceline (formerly Delahuntys Chemist) thousands of dollars over the years so it is reasonable to expect polite and respectful service
However I am extremely disappointed how poorly their security treats paying and loyal customers - I was told by a security officer to not use the ladies bathrooms as I had my therapy dog with me (he is a service dog recommended by my doctor/s)
Additionally there are not any seats/benches to sit and wait for Priceline to open at 7am - Belinda
Great venue, the lifts are awesome. Parking is very easy except the underground carpark stinks. Something has to be done about that.
This place is pretty handy. Hidden away in Brisbane CBD, there are sooooooooo many shops in here that need to be explored!
Always clean and lots on the go in the centre. A great spot to pop out to during lunch time to get what you need from Woolworths, BigW, BWS, JB Hi-Fi, Boost and other stores in the centre etc.
Can't comment on the overall "centre" as I only visited one shop. The Indian grocer was great in my view as they had a great range, prices were excellent and the staff helped out immensely. Even gave me tips on how to get the best result out the products I purchased.
Supermarkets, Groceries, Food court, Electrical shops etc. Although the shopping centre is not that big, it is comprehensive and fully equipped.
This place has pretty much all you want in this side of the city plus the location is so convenient parking is never a problem plus the limitations on parking is not too bad and the restaurants are pretty much cancelled everything you have Thai Indian Chinese etc which is quite comfy. I particularly like the GYG and Mexican food available in the top and bottom of the wall plus I got my head for my clothing needs
Liked this Mall not too large. Easy to find the shops you want. Right in CBD Everything on one place.
This is a Woolworths located in the CBD area and it's quite limited in the range of items that are carries but again reasonably handy for getting your general needs and groceries but the prices do tend to be a bit higher
Very little options in here with tight closing times for most stores. It's pretty but there isn't much more too it.
Shopping centre with small food court in the first floor. It's got JB hi-fi and Woolworths and big W as well.
Nice little shopping centre across from the Queen St Mall. A fresh, clean feel with a Woolies for groceries.
Great lovely vibe friendly atmosphere great location highly recommend a look see cheers Lynda Clark hairdresser Parli Barbershop
Toilets smelt horrendous, wish I went for a walk further down to the Myer Centre. The Woolworths on the bottom floor is convenient and nicely located. Decent food court on top floor includes KFC. Big W and JB HiFi are nice extras. Free charging station is appreciated. The toilets seriously bring my score down, otherwise it's a nice little complex.
Excellent shopping centre where you can find everything. There's Woolworths, BWS, coffee shops, juice bars, book shops, food court and pharmacy.most worth the visit.
