Food only average.
Service was definitely not served with a smile. All 3 waitresses/front counter staff didn't want to be there

I love macadamias so I was happy to visit, on arrival we were offered samples of the nut varieties on offer, didn't take the tour but enjoyed a drink and a snack in the cafe and purchased some nuts to take away, staff were exceptionally friendly

We unfortunately didn’t have time to do the tour or eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely. We bought the big bag of Belgium milk chocolate macadamias and they were so the most delicious chocolate macadamias we have ever had. We also bought the big roasted bag, and the milk chocolate clusters and the salted caramel clusters. To be honest neither of the clusters made it as they were so delicious we nailed them all on the drive back. Lovely service and a lovely place. It’s so great to be able to buy Australian grown products direct from the producers. I have since ordered more for a friend on their website and the process was easy and quick and actually cheaper than buying them and posting them.

Newly built (2020) and Beautifully designed Visitor Centre with cafe & function areas & produce shop. We learnt all about Macadamia farming & then enjoyed delicious Mac inspired Coffee & Cake.

Just got my first batch of raw macadamias and they were as good as I remember them off the tree as a kid

This was an amazing experience. Learning all about the trials of farming and growing this business was truly fascinating.

Love looking around this place. A very upmarket tourist attraction. The prices were surprisingly good. A great movie presentation. A really nice Cafe restaurant with some great food. Highly recommend the nuts!
Carpark is good but upon leaving we were disappointed to find someone had sideswiped our car.not happy Jan!

Great place to visit, they have free macadamia tastings, a small shop with all things macadamia and the lunch is amazing! All the meals were amazing, mine was vegan & gf

All nut lovers, this is a must visit tour.
The range of infused flavours is incredible, and you sample before you buy.
It's worth putting on your tourist itinerary.

They desperately need more staff to serve rediculous waiting time.feel so dorry for staff.literally running around.customers weren't happy

Very good & interesting loved reading all about how they started their business. They have a beautiful building also with a cafe you can dine inside or out, it has some delicious foods & coffee. Staff were helpful & friendly. Would recommend this place for a outing if passing through.

Food was ok. The steak sandwich was adequate but nothing to write home about. The wife ordered the jungle pork belly and was pleased with it. Fish and chips for the kids were blah according to them. The cops and sweet potato chips were good. Staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the macadamia talk and the samples.

The place looks great and my wife and I were looking forward to an antipasto platter and a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday all was good until the $50 bottle of $15-$20 wine turned up with a platter for 2 that had 5 crackers and about 3 pieces of hard bread each not even half way through the platter we had run out and when my wife tried to buy more the young girls serving were going to put it through when the older lady there said it had to be cash and because we only had our cards we were told we couldn't get any more so we ate what we could without crackers and left the rest for the flies. Originally we were happy to pay 2.5 times the price of the wine but after our experience we will not be going anywhere near this place ever again. It's a shame because we are local and were looking forward to making it a regular thing but not any more.

Great factory and real nice cafeteria with some of the best food between Brisbane & Bundaberg. Not easy to eat good and healthy good in Qld but you can have it in this factory. Worth the visit!

Ordered 2 meals for lunch which came late and long after our drinks were finished the meals were still raw not cooked and though an apology was given a requested refund wasnt. A gift voucher in lieu of the 2 meals returned is not satisfactory.

The introduction presentation was great got to sample all the types of macadamias. The venue was very modern and spacious and had a variety of indoor and outdoor seating. There is lots of parking and the gift shop has a variety of other gifts along with the nuts. The cafe was food was great although we had to wait quite a while and coffees were delivered after food.

Awesome place, well worth a visit. There's a cafe and a gift shop with some amazing treats.

My family and I loved our stop here. It is an informative nutty place that is clean, well presented with plenty of interesting facts. There are plenty of Macadamia trees, and delicious interesting things to try before you buy.
