What an experience! I cannot thank Annalise enough for making me feel so comfortable & welcome during my first visit at the shop today.

I previously had a not so great experience with dress shopping down in Melbourne so I walked in a little stressed, unsure of what to expect. Annalise was so warm & we instantly clicked, she discussed what vibe/style I was feeling drawn to & helped browse through the shop. I tried on a good handful of dresses (which were all stunning) & Annalise was super open to hearing my feedback & what my likes/dislikes were.

She ended up pulling the most divine dress which I fell in love with instantly AND ticked my final box of being able to attach sleeves

I honestly didn’t think I was going to be purchasing my dress when I walked in today & I walked out having purchased my dream dress! So excited & grateful for my experience at this boutique

I had such a wonderful and pleasant experience. This was the second bridal shop I went to and to be honest the service by Luv bridal was 10x better than my first experience at a different store. Annalise was so helpful with choosing my dress and it was her suggestion that I ended up purchasing. So thankful for all their help and glad I ended up going here.

Went in for the sample sale. Tried on about 8 dresses in the span of the 30min appt and bought the first one I tried on! So quick and easy and the consultant Annahleise was such a breeze to deal with. She even recommended me other dresses to try on based on the ones I picked. It was so hard to choose - all the dresses were stunning! Easiest dress shopping appointment ever!

Luv Bridal was fantastic! I had Clare & Annalise look after me on 2 seperate occasions and they were both so lovely and knowledgeable. I had such a wonderful experience here compared to the bridal shop down the road. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Kerry from Luv Bridal in Townsville was so helpful when I was looking for my dream dress. Being the last size in stock in QLD of Aspen, they organised for it to be shipped to the Brisbane Luv Bridal store so I could try it on. Safe to say, I didn’t even have to try another dress as it was perfect! So grateful for your help. Thank you <3

I had an awful experience, the lady was rude and rushed me, I had my baby with me and she rudely told me not to lactate in the dress (obviously I wasn't going to and come prepared). Nothing was offered like water or wine, I wasn't given much time at all and the lady even said that we don't have much time treating me like I was wasting her time. I found a dress that I felt a bit pressured into because the lady was rushing me and it was just stressful. I purchased it then she decided to be nice to me after that.but unfortunately when it was time to get it fitted they had sold me a dress too big to fit down to my size. Now I have spent over 2k on a dress that I can't get my money back on. Not happy with this place. Making appointments to pick up my paid off dress was difficult too.

I had a last minute dress malfunction and the entire staff here were so friendly and helpful, I left the store feeling so confident. I can’t recommend them enough

Clare and Annalise were an amazing help with finding my perfect wedding dress. The range of dress options and pressure of picking the right dress can be quite daunting, but the team at Luv Bridal Townsville were an amazing help to narrow down on a style and fit. All dresses that I saw and tried on were beautifully made and have a number of customization options to make them perfect (including extra length for all the tall ladies). I had 3 consultation appointments with Luv Bridal before finding my perfect dress and the team were so patient and accommodating while I worked through all the options and made my decision. I would definitely recommend Luv Bridal for anyone looking for their wedding dress!

Absolutely love Luv Bridal and the service that Annalise provided during the appointment. The range of dresses that were available and how she was able to listen to what I wanted and keep providing dresses that matched (and didn’t bat an eye to how picky I was!) was amazing. Utterly blown away by the service and the aesthetic of the showroom and each bridal room.

Annalise was my consultant and she was amazing, she went above and beyond. Answered any questions I had and never made me feel bad like other places have. I went in just looking and I ended up getting my dream dress that day. Couldn’t recommend Luv Bridal & Formal enough, and Annalise was just amazing and knew what she was talking about.

Extremely disappointed, travelled 4 hours for a booking that got cancelled by the bridal shop the morning of, and they weren't interested in finding another time. Would not recommend. Have heard they have beautiful dresses but terrible customer service.

I visited Luv Bridal and Formal Townsville last weekend for my very first wedding dress try-on. I had my heart and eye set on a Pronovias dress from the start, and it’s safe to say she was the one!
My consultant Anna made the whole experience feel so easy and fun! She was super accommodating to my needs and very patient, and I fully trusted her judgement in picking dresses she thought I should try out to get a feel for the different designs and styles. She even picked out the veil I LOVED!
I was a little worried beforehand that it would be hard to decide what I liked and didn’t but Anna made sure to ask all the right questions and draw my eye to all the parts of the dresses to consider.
My bridesmaids were super stoked with the whole experience and even had fun looking through the racks of dresses themselves to pick out pieces for me to try on.
I loved that we had our own private space and that I was able to get dressed by myself and still get assistance with the zips and buttons. Plus we got to take pics of all the dresses, so I can look back at what I loved and didn’t (and look dreamily at my yes dress).
Overall it was a fantastic experience and has set up what I hope to be an amazing wedding day, and I am so happy to have found my dress! My bridesmaids and I had heaps of fun and I can’t wait to wear my dream dress on the day!

Such amazing service and very organised! Made my first fitting so memorable with my family and friends, and a very relaxed and fun atmosphere! Such a range of dresses but Anna was so helpful! Cant wait for my next fitting!

WOW! Annalise is amazing.
She picked my dress which was the very first one I tried on, she allowed my bridesmaids and myself to go through the gowns and see what we liked. Her customer service is 100/10.

We had come from a previous wedding dress store and were completely deflated and down from the poor service received. After 5min with Annalise she had changed all of moods to a very positive experience. She wasn't pushy and allowed me to go home sleep on it and rebooked an appointment to try on my dress again. I was in love with my dress even more.

Hands down would highly recommend Luv Bridal Townsville.

My whole experience at luv bridal has been so amazing.
I have had Robyn at the Townsville store each time (4 times so far) and each time she is so patient and helpful. Especially with me wanting to try every dress just to make sure I have picked the right dress.
She made my experience so comfortable and unique!
