Best service and fitter I could ask for. I had Lauren for my appointment and she is incredible. So much knowledge and knows what will suit you and what won’t. Michelle was LOVELY! This has been the best wedding dress experience so far. Even though I didn't choose the dress immediately, Michelle worked with me to try different options and work through shipping timeframes and costs. She allowed my sister and mum to have input and take photos and made me feel like such a bride <3

Amy was simply amazing from start to finish. She offered us gorgeous champagne on arrival and gave us a tour of the boutique (which is absolutely stunning). I loved the large wall of mirrors so I could practice walking in each gown, and see myself from differing angles. My guests and I felt welcomed and valued, and Amy really took the time to understand my qualms and style wish list. I am besotted with the Evie Young dress I have chosen, and this was my first time trying on bridal dresses! Such an easy experience - thanks Luv Bridal team!

Madi was amazing, she listened to all of me feedback on the dressed I tried on and ended up finding me the perfect dress based on what I was saying. She was so accommodating, holding up different lining colours so I could make sure the dress I picked was absolutely perfect. So excited to wear my dress in August and could not recommend LUV bridal more!

I needed a dress with short notice. At other bridal boutiques I would struggle to find one that was right for me, but at my first appointment at Luv Bridal, I couldn't decide between two dresses. One was a dress I picked and the other was a dress my consultant, Madi, suggested. I ended up choosing the dress that Madi suggested and I'm so happy with it. They cleaned up the dress nicely for me and had my dress and veil all ready for me within a week! Thank you Madi & other staff for being super helpful and friendly.

Should’ve come here from the get-go!
LUV Bridal is THE place to get your beautiful dress from. My wedding is literally 4 weeks away (I had an original dress but had an “Alterations gone wrong” experience).
Luckily LUV Bridal have a decent range for purchase off rack and I managed to buy a stunning dress!
The team at LUV bridal are all lovely but Amy was just on another level friendly, caring, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and positive!

** I totally regret not looking here first as most of the dresses and choice take approximately 6 months to come in after order so please don’t be like me and go to LUV bridal as your first port of call!

My experience with Luv Bridal & Formal at the Brisbane location was nothing short of amazing. Michelle was incredible and extremely helpful throughout the consultation. She created a stress-free and easy environment, and listened to what kind of dresses I had in mind. Despite the tight appointment duration caused by my lateness, Michelle managed to maximize the time we had and she worked in such a highly efficient manner. In fact, the first gown I tried on was the one I ended up saying YES to.

I went to Luv Bridal 3 weeks out from my wedding, full of anxiety because my original dress from a different company was made incorrectly. Beth was so incredibly kind and helpful, after I showed her what I wanted she went to great lengths to source it for me, I ended up choosing the first dress she put me in! I visited Luv Bridal yesterday and am so impressed with their service. Not only did they treat my mother in law (the one trying on dresses) with an incredible amount of care, but they also looked after us while we watched, even offering us champagne. The selection of gowns was outstanding and the price points varied so there really was something there for everyone. I highly recommend Luv Bridal Slacks Creek!

So happy to be a Luv Bride! I was visiting my family on the Gold Coast from Ipswich, so made an appointment at the Gold Coast store so my sister could come with me. It was sadly cancelled the night before, so I booked to go to the Brisbane one a week later. I am so glad I did! I never expected to actually find the dress of my dreams. Beth looked after me and made me feel amazing and listened to me and what I was after. I wasn't felt pressured to buy or felt like I was being rushed. I was also able to take photos which I was so happy about as some places don't, and I was able to send to my mum who is currently in the UK. Thank you so so much for this amazing experience, I can't wait until I can come back and try the dress on again.
