1 It’s taken me a moment to review this store after my experience- needed to do it in a calm manner
I am very disappointed in their no return or exchange policy
Brought a pair of boots $160 in store fitted perfect but didn’t walk in them as I stayed in the change room
Took them home and put them in with my outfit and walked to the mirror to check myself out
Zips popped
Undone and rezipped them walked and popped again
Returned to the store and was told that I’d have to speak to owner about refund or exchange as she didn’t have authorisation to do this
Left my number and the boots- (boots had no scuff no marks nothing as wore for 2 mins in my carpet)
Got a call back said they DO NOT have a refund or exchange policy and to come pick up the broken boots
My recommendation for anyone shopping here is pick your item wisely!
I won’t be back which sucks as I love to support local business
