I visited the store on Saturday only to find the manager (short hair, loud) being inappropriate, kept harassing me with consults and products trying so I would buy something. I felt really uneasy so I decided to just leave but the manager chased after me and gave me a random sample I didn't even ask for. When has lush become so desperate?

Love their products. Staff were great, helped me pick products for gifts and stayed within the $

Very beautiful store. The products can be a little more expensive than other stores but they really are worth it. Especially the bath bombs. The best you can buy. Staff are usually very friendly and happy to help you find the right product for you. The store smells lovely and you can test almost all products.

I went in this afternoon, after honestly not the best day and the lovely staff really made my day and completely uplifted my mood. They’re always so kind, patient and friendly without a doubt. Plus they’re always down for a chat. Favourite lush store.ever. ️

Brooke was so sweet and sensitive helping me when I walked in today to get myself a little self care treat. Omg did I walk out with a bEAM! On my face? A new bath bomb perfect for my sensitive skin and her lovely co worker suggested a new fruity flavoured shower gel… AND! A bunch of samples snuck into my bag which I love! (Honestly more for the tiny tubs?)
PS. PLEASE bring back plum duff LUSH HQ, you were loved by so many

OMG! I was at Lush today and just had to write this review because the sales assistant Brooke is so wonderful! I was browsing the store and I tripped over, all my shopping went everywhere and Brooke was there to help me pick it all up! She even caught my new mug before it hit the floor with her lightning reflexes; it definitely would have been broken otherwise. Thank you Brooke! So excited to try out all of the new products that she helped me pick:)

Shop is amazing, products good quality and are beautiful and fragrant. Staff was great as well, asked my friends and I what flavour of tea we had, was very friendly and helpful.

An absolutely amazing experience. Store member Brooke was so kind to me! I was having such a horrible day.my dog ran away and then I lost my wallet and then my sisters, brothers, mum called off her wedding and I couldn’t return my really expensive bridesmaids dress. I came into store looking for something to help calm my stress. She really went out of her way to help recommend some amazing products. Will definitely be returning. Thanks so much Brooke!

Freya was an absolute pleasure to shop with! I called the store ahead to enquire about something and she was very patient with me. When I met her in store, she was very thorough while introducing each product, and was very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING!?

Omg - the Customer service there is absolutely amazing. In particular, Brooke was a god send: she knew exactly what I was looking for. Having at chat with her- she is totally a down to earth employer and deserves a pay rise PLEASE. Thanks for making my day: ’)

Have to gush about the beautiful team at Lush Indooroopilly. I have been served multiple times by the beautiful Ash, but this last time was just too good I had to say something! I come in few weeks or so with my son, he's autistic so Lush can be very overwhelming for him but he adores the bath bombs so we will go in and pick some up every now and then.

This last time my son was having a bad day and was very overwhelmed and overstimulated, Ash was amazing in helping him have a great time in store, she turned the music off and explained the textures of things before my son touched them so he was prepared for anything he wasn't comfortable touching.

She then gave us an extra bath bomb as a gift and it was just far too amazing. Made not only my sons day better but made mine better too. I have been telling everyone about this and just wish for everyone to experience the amazing service I get at the Indooroopilly store every time. Thank you Ash!

I enjoy the products however, the store is so small and it's always crowded. I feel so uncomfortable in there especially during a pandemic.

I really love Lush. It smells so beautiful when you walk in. Whatever you buy will have your bathroom smelling gorgeous until it's all used up! All those gorgeous bath bomb, bubble bars, creams, scrubs, concoctions! Really everything you could want in a store dedicated to stuff in your bathroom!

The service at this store has gone so downhill recently. I used to love this store for relaxed service and clean products, and came all the way over to it even though chermside is my local. The assistant with the blue hair is extremely rude to customers and other staff every time I’m there. I will not be shopping here again.

Super helpful, smells great, always high quality products. This is a premium product so you can expect to pay a lot of it, but you know it's well made, vegan, cruelty free, and that they pay their workers a fair wage.
