I absolutely love lush! The range of products are amazing and everything they do for skin that's I've tried was good! All the staff at the store are friendly and very helpful, they really know about the products and once you are the store they test everything on before you buy

Every time I come in, I am welcomed with warm and they have lots of knowledge on the products! Highly recommend coming into Lush at Pacific fair.

Nah fr the lady that was working when I came in knows how to sell. Ended up spending half my pay check and was only there to have a look. She just had a way with her words and deadset my skin smells and feels yummo

Great people, products and service. Always a pleasure to drive down and pickup natural skin care, hair and shower / bath products for the family. Never any issues with sensitivities playing up either.

Lush have this team polished, professional and fun! My best friend and I went in for the Rose Jam (heavens answer to shower gel). Imagine our delight as the girls in there wove their magic! We laughed, we tried on everything and we left loaded up with the most devine products. These ladies are just delightful and genuine and really, really like able! So, Lush…. You need to take a good long look at the gems you have working their right now and reward them.

The smell of everything is so over powering it was almost like it effected my sight cause I was so effected by the smells of the store

the Asian girl who served me was kind and nice. Good service.
About the product: I’ve bought a big piece of one of the soap to smells. She cut it in 4 pieces for me to place in my wardrobe and room. She said it would smells awesome. But it doesn't smell AT ALL! If you get really close, yeah it will. But my room and drawers still with the same smell.
It doesn’t work. I wish I could have my money back. After all, you’re paying ELEVEN DOLLARS for a soup.
I regretted.

After a long few weeks, went into lush to buy my wife and myself a soothing bath bom to wash away the aches and pains.
The Lady staff member with Green hair was fantastic directing me to exactly the merchandise I was looking for. Then broke it down to what advantage each product offered. Wealth of knowledge. Thankyou for making our experience a pleasure

I've never loved visiting, purchasing and supporting a shop more then LUSH Cosmetics at Pac Fair (Their Robina shop is fantastic too) The staff are some of the kindest and coolest people I've ever met.
This company on a global and local scale are possibly the most ethical, moral, sustainable and just thoughtul ever. All products are handmade, not tested on animals, and made of all natural, high quality ingredients to benefit us and the earth. Their transparency is also unmatched. Not to mention, they have their own recycling system in place where when you return a certain amount of their packaging after use, you can get a discount of something. Their products are amazing and have helped me tremendously, from Thier bath bombs, to their skincare, shower, and hair.
I can't say enough how great of a company Thier are, and this store is absolutely worth your time and money!

Staff were very very friendly and helped me pick the right things for my very sensitive skin. I continued to ask questions and they were very patient and reccomened everything that would help my skin.

Would go there and buy more stuff if I could. I need a lush in my house. I always have a great experience with the staff there as well. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Not so nice to my wallet though
