Amy was absolutely wonderful what great service. What a stunning beautiful, pretty young woman she was love her hair she was gorgeous.

I came in to find a little gift for my nephew and was served by Pandora, She suggested great products and gave me a couple samples that I’m so looking forward to trying! She has a calm and gentle approach which was super helpful and important for me personally who gets overwhelmed when shopping. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything that I didn’t want yet was still shown a couple extra things that I’m so happy I got! I left feeling really satisfied, She has great customer service!

Came to North Lakes specifically for Lush as my special needs daughter LOVES their products. She is always made to feel so welcome and today was no different even though she suffered from a medical incident instore. The shop assistant was just lovely about the whole situation and even gave my daughter a sample of one of their products hoping it would make her feel better. I hate shopping at North Lakes, but am more than happy to drive my daughter here just for this shop. Customer service goes a long way in my book and we will continue to come even though it's a bit of a drive. Thank you again for being so lovely about today's situation, my daughter was very embarrassed, but vows to come back to "spend more of Mummy's monies"

Went in to check out all the new lines that lush had released since I’d last been able to go instore and spoke to the lovely Ella! Who walked me through everything I’d missed and was very helpful in suggesting new skin care products keeping in mind my skin type and sensitivity etc. She was great and super knowledgeable too! Look forward to going back soon ️

Not one to leave reviews, but I came in Thursday afternoon to get a present for my girlfriend, and was excitedly greeted by Charlie (I think that’s how you spell it)
I’ve never really been into lush before, so she was the biggest help, and I left feeling really happy with what I had brought l, and am really stocked to give it to her!

Got hooked on Lush by my adult children. The Pink Peppermint foot cream is my absolute must-have. The North Lakes staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Going to Lush North Lakes is always a pleasure. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they all seem to love being there. Most of the toiletries in our home come from Lush, and that's the way it'll stay, as I am also against animal testing, and Lush products are just so damn good!

Was there 15 mins before close and the wonderful staff member on yesterday helped me and my partner even though they were the only one in the store.

Ended up buying extra stuff because of her great service.

My 4 year old daughter is having her last bath for awhile due to an ear surgery that is required, came to lush to get her one more special bath bomb to make her last bath for now a good one! I went in a week or so ago looking for a gift. I reached for the pre-packaged boxes with a set price of $25.50 on the label, only to be told by one of your sales members that the price would be more than $25.50 due to the packaging. How can you have a price label and then try and sell it for more? Greedy.
