I ordered a top online and it came with 3 orange stains on it. Called up the store and they did nothing. Girl on the phone was laughing at me. Don’t recommend shopping here it is overpriced and not worth my money xx.

I have always been a big fan of Lulu tights and own a number of pairs. When I came in on Sunday Aidan helped me with a new pair. After trying on my favourite tights in my usual size, Aidan suggested I try a smaller size (something I would never have done on my own as I have always liked the ones I have). I can confidently say that the new size are a game changer, so much more supportive and I never need to pull them up. Thank you Aidan for your help and for fitting me with an even better pair of tights than I expected. Absolutely love them and I'll be back soon to buy more!:)

I’m used to the anonymity of clothing stores as a customer. Lululemon changed my view of this. The staff was friendly but not overbearing. No one referred us to another assistant because this was not their department, or they were busy on their mobile phone (a current way of avoiding customer interaction).
Once items were selected, the staff guided us to their fitting rooms and asked our names. This was written on the cubicle. It may seem intrusive to some, but to me it showed interest in engaging with the customers. They were most helpful with getting alternative colours, sizes and designs. The result was a pair of happy customers and a few more items of clothing sold. Well done to your staff! When you’re next in the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, give them a go.

Lululemon indro has the best staff service i’ve ever experienced.i’ve visited the store numerous times and i always find myself spending another 10mins talking to the amazing generous staff members (especially georgie). They are so incredibly helpful and you can find exactly what your looking for thanks to their very organised store layout

I very much enjoyed my experience shopping at this Lululemon location at Indooroopilly Mall. I sadly forgot the employee’s name that helped me out with my hoodie. She was really helpful and very very nice to talk with. I do remember she was originally from England. Thank you.

Today I went to Lululemon to get a light weight jacket for work and the lady Selina was very nice and very helpful. But sadly I did have the money on me at the time.

I’d be the first to say that Lulu products virtually sell themselves, however the sheer number of options and subtleties between styles can be overwhelming. I’ve been into the Indooroopilly store numerous times this year and wanted to recognise the consistently great customer service I’ve received from Aidan - he has been incredibly knowledgeable, accomodating and brings great energy to the store!

We were served by Selina. What an asset she is to your store. She could not have been more helpful. She is so friendly, we felt very welcome.

Marnie did a really great job in helping me select my purchases. She was friendly and great with product knowledge.

The girls were super lovely and welcoming. They put your name on the change room doors and make the whole experience very personalised.

My whole experience with the team at Indoorapilly was great. Sam had asked me to product test one of the sports bra's and I am so glad I did, I love it! It is so much more supportive than most other bra's. Like a lot of bra's and bikini tops the padding sometimes moves around and folds when I wash it, but that is just the kind that I bought, I tried on a few others that wouldn't have that problem. I will definitely be a recurring customer.
