How blissfully unaware I was that there was a Lululemon on James Street. Have been shopping at lulu since its inception. Bought my first yoga mat from you guys 15 years a go.
Anyhoo, I stopped to look at pants, but no chocolate brown coloured pants.
But Ruby and I met, and 15 minutes later, I vowed to purchase something, based on her utter delightfulness. Then there was Charlotte. And Annie. Tiffany and Pri.
What an amazing and wonderful staff you have assembled.

This is consistently a fantastic place for shopping. It never disappoints due to its high-quality products. This brand is a personal favorite and always remains at the top of my list

I went there today around 1pm. My apology that I forgot the staff name, even I asked her name before I left. She is young, tall and becautiful with blonde hair. I would like to say a big thank you for all your help. She was being very helpful and patient, replaced a new Align 23 with pocket in Chambray size 2 for me from sunshine coast store. I'm very grateful for your help.

Others? !? No consistency and it's not on tbh. Lululemon used to be very good and very attentive to everyone now it's not the case. I def don't buy here because the staff are any good.

I love my Lululemon gear. Quality has always been great.

Unfortunately a good product is backed by its good customer services and strength of its warranty. Both are tested when you take away words and demonstrate how they are put to action. You always feel good when someone says “sorry” and fixes it, and that’s where my experience has failed expectation.

I’ve always wondered how their reasonable lifetime warranty works. Some stitching on one of the seams of pants I have came loose and it’s been a couple of years since purchase so thought I’d put it to test. My discoveries have left very sour taste in my mouth.

- I took my product to store and I was made to feel as though I was stealing from the company. I walked out upset and angered my the treatment.
- Staff had no idea of any reasonable product life warranty
- lululemon’s site is completely open to interpretation on their warranty. It’s ambiguous and clearly is written for manipulation
- staff had differing understanding of warranty’s offered and wasn’t clear amongst themselves
- I resorted to emailing their support line and have still had no response.

A terrible feeling, a sad experience. Your products are great but we have a tarnished relationship due to the way you manage people and the ambiguity of your policies. Goodbye lululemon.

Tried using the health care worker discount on a visor from the store and was asked repeatedly whether it was an item for me or not despite me saying yes numerous times.
For a unisex item it was downright rude for the staff member to insinuate it wasn't for me. Very disappointing from an otherwise great brand.

Went for Boxing Day sales, while the staff were mostly nice especially change rooms. There were multiple items in sale section with no price which I asked a staff member if on sale she said yea and got another girl to sticker it, great tried it on loved it spend time deciding. I decided to ask if the other colour was on sale the took the one that she had marked on sale and said this is no longer on sale!? So in the 30 min I lined up to try on and decided to buy it was no longer on sale right makes sense.

Love the products, rude staff: (Didn’t get her name but that is probably for the better. It’s honestly deterring me from going back despite already liking the brand and wanting to buy stuff from lululemon

Made my first purchase from Lululemon yesterday (10/11/21). This review is just for their James St store (their webpage does not deserve 5 stars). There were an abundance of staff working which allowed me to be helped almost instantly. Kate, was lovely and knew the products well and went to no end in helping me with my purchases. The store was clean, cool and well lit. Just an all round great experience. The products speak for themselves. Anyone wishing to slam Lululemon for their prices, you get what you pay for. I WILL return and make more Lululemon purchases, especially from this store.

Good range of clothing for women (I haven't checked out the men's section) it can be a bit pricey sometimes depending on your budget, but I would say the quality and what you're getting is worth it.

I was just hanging around waiting. My girlfriend found what she wanted and seemed happy with her choices

I'm a frequent customer. Staffs are super friendly and helpful in every way they can. The only Lulu Lemon shop that I keep going back to.

Staff are extremely positive and helpful! There’s level access to the store, and a ramp inside, so with the tactile markers they have in place the store is actually very accessible (especially compared to many other activewear stores). Aisles have plenty of space for a wheelchair or pram to move through, and the surrounding areas have ramps and curb cuts available to ease of movement. Parking can be a challenge, but one usually comes up if you’re patient.

Was on a tight schedule when calling in to get a gift and didnt realise how hard it would be to get a park. My salesperson Amy did a terrific job and had me out the door within minutes. I left the last item up to her and she picked a singlet to round out the set. Thanks so much for your help!

Shout out to the amazing staff at the James St store! As always exceptional customer service and always with a smile! Had a pair of tights where the stitching let go (never had this issue before) took them in, exchanged no questions asked, and were even super apologetic that no longer had same print! Love the store, love the staff, love love love the products!
