Older staff member likes to assume people’s sizing saying they will put a mark against my account as she is assuming I’m buying for someone else. Maybe just do your job and stop assuming people’s sizes, you clearly have your own body dysmorphia and issues. I don’t think you get paid enough to be assuming people’s sizes and arguing with people. Get a life.

Very bad customer service. I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews but we’ve gone there more than 5 times and each visit the staff has been very unwelcoming.
Some looks made me feel judged and just uneasy. In comparison to the Brisbane City and James Street store as well, I seem to notice that the range is not as wide. There aren’t as many designs and colours to choose from.

I live close to Chermside so I hope that they will be a bit more welcoming next time.

Older staff should be told it’s not appropriate to guess people’s sizing in store especially when they’re incredibly inaccurate. I was looking at a pair of pants and she loudly guessed I was a 8-10 au when I corrected her and said I was actually a size 4 she looked me up and down again. I’m pretty immune to judgement however if this was another customer who had difficulty with their sizing they would be affected a lot worse.
Next time how about you just ask the customer what size they usually wear instead of being a part-time psychic and guessing.

Don't usually go out of my way for reviews but big shout out to the staff that work here - especially Sarah. She really leads the way with customer service.

Visited for the first time over the weekend and really appreciated how helpful all the staff were! Sarah was working the change rooms and was so full of energy and helpful without being pushy or trying to oversell you anything. I walked away very happy and with $330 worth of products lol

Carries sizes 4-24 AU in select styles and at least 6-16 AU in all styles in store. Product uses US sizing (Canadian company) so take 4 from your AUS size. Carry mens S-XXL.

Offers complimentary hemming service on select tights, pants, trousers and tops.

I had a pair of pants for only one month but the mesh broken down, I asked online for help they suggested me bringing them in store, so I walked in this store, however one of the staff said the mesh looked like someone tore it on purpose.and asked me to find a tailor to fix the mesh. Luckily I didn’t listen to her and tried the store in city, they replace my mine with a new pair

Staff are always so welcoming and polite when assisting with purchases.

Had a great experience here! The ladies were wonderful especially the lovely lady looking after the change rooms. Bagged a bargain too, good sales on at the moment!

Nice active wear range. Quality seems good. Not sure what sizes they go up to but would be nice if they also did 16 or 18 for women.
