Wanted to return a product and they shut the door in my face even though they were still doing things inside. Quite a poor customer experience

Visited this store 3 times with no purchase before service was finally forthcoming. Never underestimate your customer base & range. Love the clothing but have received better customer service in other Brisbane stores.

Amazing customer service! Everyone is so nice and helpful, especially Harry who was so patient and went above and beyond to help me find the right item and right size!

I bought a pair of men’s business pants and had them tailored. When I came in to collect the pants, I was given the wrong size, colour and style. I was disappointed, but accidents happen. The man who helped me was great and very apologetic. However, after trying on a new pair of pants I was given minimal help in the fitting rooms and then was advised by the store manager that I would need to wait the full 2-3 weeks again for the pants to be tailored.

There was no effort by the store manager to speed up the delivery process or offer any compensation outside of mailing the new pants to my unit. I feel it’s a great product but let down by the customer service.

Bought great leggings here but some staff are not friendly. They didn’t smile and lacked patience, which left me feeling upset: (

There aren’t many Lululemon stores in Brisbane, but this one is the most convenient for me. Great staff, really helpful and accomodating. A good selection of products. Lululemon is by far the best quality activewear, nothing else I have comes close. It’s pretty pricey but you do get what you pay for - they seem to have increased their prices recently though! Look out for the sales, you can find some great deals.

Went to the lululemon Queen street location today and experienced some of the best customer service. Just wanted to recognize the staff, in particular the lovely girl Kiara, who went above and beyond and made our day.

Kate is very kindly and enthusiasm, I love her, she helped me a lot. However, I'm so angry because of other staff. I have bought many things from lululemon, but I don't know why I deserve this treatment. The Asian short yellow girl is very rude, no smile, no help, when I wanna get some recommendation, she just said everything is popular.when I needed some help, she had no patient and just asked me to look for by myself. I'm sure I'm very polite, I don't know why I suffer this for no reason at all.

Was okay but there weren't enough staff compared to the number of customers. Sort of understandable given the rush after christmas sales but given how crowded it was and the lack of staff that were only found at the cash registers it was subpar.

The service in the cbd store is one of the best out of all stores in brisbane - if it’s your first time committing to Lululemon I suggest going to the cbd as they care about finding your fit. Special thanks to Claire for her amazing service, attention to detail and patience!

My daughter's favorite clothing shop. For sportswear she will only wear Lululemon. I had to send photos back home for her to pick from the wide selection.

I got bodyshamed here. I basically had to beg for my actual size because the staff member was convinced i was bigger size. Absolutely horrible. Do better.

I went to Lululemon Brisbane queen st store today, when I checked out the clothes with the casher girl, the girl who served in fitting room approached to the casher whisper to counter to require see my ID, that’s inappropriate, bizarre action makes me feel bad at the time. Many staff are very nice and helpful but excluding the girl name is Olivia.

We went in to lulu today and met the kindest worker Olivia, she was so helpful and got us what we needed, thank you so much Olivia, we will return juts to be served by her.

Still so shocked on receiving such a rude customer service on Lululemon Brisbane city store. Try to return a product and cannot believe how rude the manager was. The store manager named Margret simply said no to me for returning a sales item. No exchange at all. She was so arrogant and didn’t even bother to offer me any help. All I want was just to change to a smaller size. She said that she can’t help at all. Then simply just went to rest and asked another guy to handle the issue. I would say this is the most rude store manager I have ever met in my whole life. Being a Lululemon regular customer, I will definitely not coming to this shop any more. I have no idea how such a rude person can be a store manager? She doesn’t show any respect to the customer.

Very good customer service! The guy whose name is Sham is very nice and gave me many suggestions on choosing the wunder puff clothing that suits me! And he was very patient when I just kept browsing in the store. Will definitely recommend this store!

I didn't manage to get her name but the girl who served me last night (22/01) was incredible at her job. Hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had, literally felt like I was just chatting to a really good friend. She was wearing a blue top and had blonde hair. You could really tell that she is passionate about the brand.
