I understand you employ sales people but when I walk into your store to browse and possibly purchase I am immediately harassed by rude sales staff. It has put me off shopping in this store again.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Bought trousers this time. All Lululemon’s clothing is built to last. Have been buying their clothes for years. Always on trend.

Went in today, such good service by the ladies today. Asked for my name, used my name when trying items on, offered different options in clothing, explained sizing, not pushy, just very helpful and smiling. Can’t fault them

Went in store to buy 2 pairs of yoga pants.didnt have either of the ones in stock that I wanted so they ordered them online and would post to me. 2 emails and 2 voice messages and I still dont have my items. First voicemail I got a return call back to say send an email. $278 & 7 weeks later still nothing. Not impressed at all.

Friendly, helpful staff. Small store compared to Brisbane but still plenty of options! Always pop in when I come to the Sunny Coast

I have called this store about 10 times every day, and no one ever answers. Like what could they possibly be doing every second of the day that there isn't a single person to pick up the phone. Come on people, do better. Especially when there are products that are in high demand.

She was so kind and helpful with everything. Great customer service!

Staff is not prepared to handle returns from online orders. Next time I’ll need to drive to Brisbane which is disappointing.

Super confusing to return an item from an online order, they placed another online order in store and I never received any kind of confirmation. Essentially my store credit has vanished and all I hear now is “sorry I can’t help. ”

This is almost the first time I leave a review here. But today, I had a very unpleasant experience and I am writing this. It's Boxing Day, so I went to the store to buy a product today and tried on a few pieces. Among them, in order to purchase products that are not on sale, I asked a female employee of a mid-length blonde hair in 20s standing in front of the fitting room if I could purchase a new product in the warehouse. However, I was not good at English and couldn't think of the word “warehouse”, so I asked if I could buy the new product from back. She smiled that this was new. I said again that I wanted to buy a new item from the back and she clearly understood what I meant, but repeatedly said that what I brought to the hanger was new. (I didn't ask because I didn't know that. It meant that I wanted to buy it in stock in the warehouse, and she understood, but she didn't even try to comply with my request, saying repeatedly that what was in my hand was new.) In the end, another female employee brought new one from the warehouse right away. But it was really unpleasant and I couldn't erase the feeling that I was ignored by her.

Have been purchasing from lululemon for years online. Always enjoy the excellent return policy. I purchased two expensive tops that arrived and did not fit and went to return them as I have ALWAYS done online. Lulu refused to give me a return OR exchange for the items as they were "marked down". This was not clear in the ordering process and they also sent a return slip with the packaging. I am now out $115 for items I cannot wear. For a company this size, this is incrediblg disappointing. I will never purchase from them again.

I went to Lululemon for the first time ever on Sunday and only have positive things to say. The man I had help me was very friendly and helpful. He made my shopping experience there so easy. The store is also presented very nicely. Will definitely be back

We love our local Lululemon store on the coast, beautiful sport and every day garments, always helpful and friendly stuff. It is great to have this store on Sunshine Coast at the Plaza.
