Good range, I've got to say the customer service here was outstanding and I'm glad I walked into this store instead of taking a punt on buying online.

Salesman Harrison gave really good advice which helped me select the right suitcase for my needs and pointed out a couple of other items I hadn't thought about.

Opened up the suitcases I was interested in and pointed out the differences in partitions, wheels, and zippers.
Overall best customer service I've experience in any store in a long time.

I had an exceptional experience, all thanks to the outstanding expertise of the sales guy. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, thoroughly knew his product range and all the pros and cons of certain brands. Will definitely come back for any other luggage needs. So impressed!

Absolutely large amount of luggage to choose from. So many choices. Parking is just on the side street. Reasonable pricing.

At most department stores that sell luggage it is still a matter of compromise as they don't carry the full range. This is not the case (pardon the pun) at Luggage Direct. This is the Bunnings of travel luggage. From the minute you enter it is obvious that you are spoilt by choice. They have everything and all the brands and the full range that each brand has to offer. The array of luggage spreads to suitcases, cabin bags, backpacks, briefcases, sling over tote bags, wallets and all types of accessories plus more. That's it I'm exhausted already.

Giving 5 stars for excellent service, know-how of not only range available but also general travel advice and how to best pack and care for your luggage. I bought something that I saw in another shop down in Sydney and they wouldn't budge on price so called Cam at Luggage Direct in Kedron, he held it for me straight away and gave me wayyy more than the 30% off sale that the Sydney store wouldn't give me! They're about 43% cheaper on average than regular retail. Couldn't be happier - Cam even offered to carry my luggage to my car. Excellent service!
