Lucky Cat Cafe

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. My cousins who I brought loved this place all the cats were so loving and the food was EVEN better this menu is one of the FUNNIEST things I had ever seen. The customer service was amazing and the menu is amazing and so good.

We made a booking online. My sister told me about this place so I didn't take the time to read the website. I take responsibility for this and therefore not knowing that you do not allow in children under 8. However, I note that this has been an issue for other customers. I think it is high time that you have a more thorough booking process that requests age information of each attendee such that the system will not allow those younger than 8 years old to book. You shouldn't be taking people's money when you don't know how old they are (and then act like it's fine not to give a refund or reschedule when you do finally ask how old they are upon arrival). I also had to drive 30 minutes home with crying children. I acknowledge that the information is on the website, but you have been told by multiple people that they didn't notice this information. It's important to build some steps into your booking process to avoid continual frustration for your customers.

Edited to add: Thank you for your reply and for your personal phone call. I do appreciate that you have constraints with regards to what's feasible within your software. If it does turn out to be possible to make it harder to book without the customer acknowledging the rules regarding age, that would be a great outcome.

The age restriction was not something I thought to scan for, since it just didn't occur to me that there would be such restrictions. It could have even helped for it to be within the title of the booking page, something like "Cat Experience - For Adults and Older Children". That would have peaked my interest to read the text to discover what age children. I now see that you have written this info in multiple places, but it's amazing what people can miss when they're not expecting to see something. Hopefully I'll come again with my 8 year old child (and leave the 6 year old at home).

We paid $100 to visit the Lucky Cat Cafe. My daughters enjoyed the experience of playing with the cats, although most were asleep.

Afterwards we went to the cafe as a free drink and cake was included in the price. Unfortunately we were only allowed one cake between four people as part of the deal. The cake was dry and unpalatable.

Additionally, our experience was that the female worker was not very warm and friendly upon arrival.

Disappointing experience….

Cats were cute, staff were nice, decor and layout in eating area needs improvement, the smell isnt great and the coffee was pretty bad.

The "Cat Experience" Is 12 people sitting on couches in a warm room for an hour while the cats sleep in out of reach locations because they are overwhelmed by so many people. The chocolate frappe tasted like water with a tiny hint of chocolate. My girlfriend wanted to hang out with the cats for her birthday but most of the session was sitting doing nothing.

You have to go to a cat cafe at least once for a sweet treat & serotonin boost. The set up is pretty impressive. The kitties have their own city view. Staff were great with all the introductions etc.

Over all a great concept and experience, especially for support workers to take clients to for a peaceful therapeutic experience. Lots of cat themed gifts and game to do. How ever the cat room is the main point of this coffee shop, so the cat room should be where the concentrated effort of presentation and professionalism; it need in dire need of paint and chairs and couches that you can't feel the springs fall out the bottom of.

Me, my mother, sister and grandmother had such a wonderful time.the drinks there were absolutely delicious and the staffs were so kind.i was a little bit sad that the cats were usually sleeping but we still had so much fun! I almost got a bit scratched from one cat but i didnt care since it didnt want to be bothered in their little zone.the cats were so gentle and there was even a kitten where i had trouble holding since it was so tiny.the staffs were amazing

Tired looking space that needs refreshing by the owners. The air was musky and needed a good clean up.

Kid was too young to enter. But we can see the cats from the glass window. Played a board game. It was fun! The cat themed games and books was a nice touch to the cafe.

Servers and barista were all smiles. So 5 stars for good service!

We got the $7 cupcake with frosting. Cupcake was rock hard. Must've been in the fridge for more than a week.

Coffee was so thin, I was drinking milk.

Simple sandwiches or bagels would've been great. You can keep egg mayo and tuna mayo for a week. Slap a slice of cheese and more mayo. Maybe some iceberg lettuce. Would've been happy to pay $7 for that instead.

Maybe a gelato display freezer will work better than the cake chiller. And it's $5 scoop and go. Some suppliers are willing to lease freezers for free if you give them some volume.

It can be tough running a small business. Because I am a cafe owner, I know the margins are thin. But I thought the vibe could be better. Just require small tweaks that will cost almost nothing. I'm happy to share more for free, I love to see small businesses do well!

My daughter LOVES cats so this was a blast for her! There were 10 cats when we visited. They all seemed very tired, but we did have the 1 pm slot so they were probably tired of people. But they did perk up towards the end. 1 hour is definitely plenty of time to pet and play with all the cats. I’d say it’s worth doing at least once.

We bought the frozen juice drinks and they were very tasty!

Was a great way to spend the afternoon. Reasonable pricing. Lovely staff. Cute cat accessories/gifts. Only draw back is since I left, I have been daydreaming of getting more cats! Haha. Happy ro support this cause and get kitty cuddles in the process

A very energetic cat cafe - we got to play with nearly every cat!

The three kittens were the highlight of the visit, and we’d definitely come back for more!

Pros: Nice location, family friendly cafe.

Cons: Non engaging staff, mediocre coffee, surely didn’t felt welcome, there was tension in the room.

Suggestions: Smiling to customers will help you go a long way.

Brilliant idea, great service, lovely cats. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The cats are adoptable, and all of them are completely gorgeous.

Pretty good! The cafe is perfectly cat themed which was adorable. The cats weren't as social as I had expected, even though I attended the first play session of the day. Still a good experience!

So many sweet kitties. Woke up and were very happy to see food. The coffee was delicious and well priced. Highly recommended if you love cats. Good place to come with a couple cat-loving friends

Great cats, got a bit longer than the 15min cuddle time with the cats great cafe and interesting drinks especially for people who don't drink coffee.

The place is great. The cat area is big enough to be comfortable for all and very clean.
